All Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Suits We Know So Far

Insomniac has been putting crazy effort into all of the suits for Miles, and it shows.

All Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Suits We Know So Far

After the sensational Marvel’s Spider-man, Insomniac has delivered to us spidey-fans once again with Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Although not a continuation of the events from the first game, Miles gets his own story taking place one year after the main game.

Aside from the new story, characters, gadgets, powers, and animations one of the most interesting and exciting things about Spider-Man: Miles Morales, are the suits. One of the biggest staples of the first game, Spider-Man PS4 found the perfect way to incentivize players to do side-instances by given them coins that can buy new suits and suit-powers, and the game didn’t disappoint with a plethora of suits from the wall-crawler’s history.

Which begs the question. How many suits will Miles have?

The Suits So Far

Check out Insomniac’s Twitter for more info on the game.

Since he hasn’t been web-slinging nearly as long as Peter, not an entire vault, but enough to keep us hyped as well as genuinely and delightfully surprised. It also seems to be a big thing in this game that Spider-Man wears different costumes as they are covered in Daily Bugle Fashion articles by Betty Brant. As of publishing this article the number of unlockable suits that we have seen so far stands at 6. Here are the suits we know of so far.

Training Suit

The Training Suit Miles supposedly wears at the beginning of the game when training with Peter before he dawns his iconic red and black suit. What is it about casual clothes over spider-costumes that's appealing? Seriously, for just a training suit it still looks super cool. It looks a lot like a modified version of what Miles wore at the end of the Silver-Lining DLC when Peter was teaching him how to web-swing.

Spider-Verse/Beginner Suit

Making its debut in the Oscar-winning blockbuster, “Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.” The Beginner Suit is Insomniacs take on the iconic suit. However, a lot of people have made an uproar about his shoes not being Nikes, and that they look more like Adidas hightops. Disappointing yes, there are more than likely some business and legal hoops that will have to be jumped through to get the Air Jordan 1s we saw in Spider-Verse. All in all the suit is still bad-ass looking and I can’t wait to play with it when the game drops.

Spider-Cat Suit

Check out the gameplay video here.

Insomniac showcased this suit featuring Spider-Man The Cat who appears to help Miles with finishers (suit power?). He even has his own little mask, that is too cute! The suit itself looks a lot like the Beginner Suit and the Training Suit mixed together with Miles’ Iconic Suit, but with the inclusion of a backpack.

2020 Suit

Based on the Miles Morales comic (issue #13) variant cover illustrated by Rahzzah Murdock, that was apart of an initiative to help promote Marvel’s Iron Man 2020 comic. This is one of the coolest suits we’ve seen so far, and that’s saying a lot because they’re all great! The LEDs look amazing as well as the jacket and kick-ass spider emblem on the back. Definitely can’t wait to see this suit in action when the game releases.

Gift Suit

The Gift Suit is given to Miles by Peter as his first real Spider-Suit. It’s closer to a pair of pajamas than a real suit, however.

From reports, Miles will be wearing this traditional red and blue suit before upgrading to his more well-known suit.

T.R.A.C.K Suit

Check out the “Texting Ganke Trailer” here.

The Time Response Activated Circuit Kinetic Suit or T.R.A.C.K Suit for short is an original suit completely unique to MIles. The T.R.A.C.K suit was created by Marvel artist Javier Garron who also does the art for the current Miles Morales comic run. The suit is a Pre-Order bonus for the game.

In-game the suit was designed by Miles’ best friend, Ganke Lee.

From the stretching spider emblem to the ninja-like tabi boots, along with the white, red, and black makes this suit so appealing to look at.

Crimson Cowl Suit

As the most recent suit revealed, the Crimson Cowl Suit has had a lot of fans talking. We don’t know too much about this suit, but we do know that it is the first of its kind for a spider-suit, as it has a cowl.

Iconic Suit

Of course, we all know it’ll be in the game, I couldn’t leave out the Iconic Suit. Insomniac’s take on the suit is great, the athletic shoes with that glossy red trimming, and the texture on the suit itself looks stunning.

What suits do you think Insomniac will add next? Honestly, some of the suits in Spider-Man PS4 were so, so, but I know I'm going to have a hard time picking a suit to play with because they’re all so cool. Incredibly awesome to see Miles getting his own original suits, you can tell all that a lot of effort was put into them. What suits are you hoping to see as unlockables in the game? Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is set to release alongside the PS5 and on PS4 on November 12th, 2020. My name is Sym and I’ll catch you guys later. Stay you!
