Well, it’s time we change topics for a bit. We’ll take a rest on ranking characters and, instead, we’ll rank items this time. That’s right. Genshin Impact doesn’t place much importance on its items. However, they can be really useful.
In this guide, we’ll rank 15 items in a somewhat ambiguous manner. Why is that? Well, because each item has different functions. Some are really useful in exploring specific events. Some are used just for fun. And others are powerful in battle as well.
15. Mini Seelie
We all know about Seelies. Those ghost-like flames lead you to treasure in the open world. Well, this mini Seelie just flies above your shoulder when equipped, making your travels more fun. I think there’s not much I have to explain about this one. In Genshin Impact you can get various fishing rods, which are used, well, to fish. This net’s function is to catch animals like they were Pokemon. Then, you’ll (somehow) have them in your inventory as furnishing for your Pot. Although cool, these nets are difficult to get: only 5 per week. So remember to go each week to Inazuma to find Wakamurasaki. Moreover, remember that not every being can be captured, so don’t try to capture an Oceanid.

9. Oculus Resonance Stone
There’s Anemoculus Resonance Stone, Geoculus Resonance Stone, and so on. For each region and each Oculus, there’s a new type of Resonance Stone. Why? 7. Red Feather Fan
Obtained by reaching Reputation Level 5 in Inazuma (easy by the way), you can equip this Red Feather Fan to increase your Gliding Movement Speed by 30% for 30 seconds. A recent one is this. You can get this artifact by following the quest “Charm Spelunkers”. Thanks to this shining stone, you’ll be able to explore the latest zone included in the game: The Chasm. 5. Peculiar Pinion
Another item necessary both for exploring and for completing a World Quest. In this case, it can be used in Tsurumi Island, the place where Octave of the Maushiro Quest is given and takes place. Similar to the two before it, the Memento Lens is given during the Sakura Cleansing Ritual World Quest. In this (really long) quest you have to use these Lens many times. More often than not, they’ll serve you to see the ghost of the past maidens and discover how to purify the Sakura Tree. After that quest, you can still use the Memento Lens in other Kitsune Statues to get chest and rewards.

Now in the top 3, we’ll find the three most used gadgets in the game. The first is the Parametric Transformer. It may have happened to you that you have lots of edible items that you don’t need, for example. Well, then, just use this Transformer to convert them into experience, materials, or even Mora! 2. NRE (Menu 30)
I was really really glad when they introduced that bag. Its amazing properties allow you to give your characters their food while they’re still fighting, and it knows exactly when you need HP food or revival food. For your information, I usually have Fried Eggs and Universal Peace active with the NRE. If you also like it, just go to the forge!
Why This Item Is Great:
- Can give your characters food without opening your bag
- Knows when you need revival or HP food
- You can change the food at any time from your bag
- Can be forged easily

1. Serenitea Pot
And now, finally, the first place. The Serenitea Pot. The item that made the game a half RPG half simulation game. It is an Adepti invention, given to you in a quest from madame Ping. Similar to their own abodes, this teapot is bigger on the inside, made of various floating islands where you can build houses, windmills, temples, and whatever you desire. With the required materials, that is.
Why This Item Is Great:
- Lets you create your own space with tons of furnishings
- If you introduce characters you can increase your friendship with them
- If you put those characters in their favourite rooms you may even receive rewards
Item details: https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Serenitea_Pot
After seeing the quantity and variety of the items Genshin Impact has to offer, it seems we don’t talk enough about them. The usefulness of the Serenitie pot for rewards and friendship, or the different materials that can be used for the NRE bag. Even so, we hope that this guide has helped you understand just how many amazing items there are and, of course, how to get them.
