The hardest prison to escape is your mind.

Escaping the prison isn’t an easy task and escaping in front of all the guards is even harder.

Sylas was sentenced to death, but he escaped using his magic, turning his shackles into a powerful weapon, which were meant to keep him in prison.

In this article we will provide you with a full guide and how-to play Sylas in TFT to win every time you place him and ESCAPE the low ranks.

No more cages!

He was born to a poor family, but they knew that the boy was a magician, so he was sent to the kingdom’s mageseekers as he had the ability to identify mages living around.

The boy encountered a mage living who was about to hurt a little girl in the countryside, but while he was trying to shield her, he accidently brushed against her skin. That’s when her magic rushed through the UNSHAKLED Sylas. His hands shot bursts in a row uncontrollably, causing the deaths of three people, including the mageseeker mentor.

Sylas ran away, knowing that he would be punished, leaving the mageseeker compound and in search of the Freljord kingdom, where he could find allies that believed in magic.

Best comps for Sylas

3) Whisper Sylas

This comp requires you to be level 8 as fast as you can with a strong economy, buying all the Sylas, Olaf, and Seraphine copies that you get in the shop.

The build focuses on the Whisper trait, as shown in the name, along with the other traits that would make your team unkillable.

Best team for this build:

1-Sylas, sharing the whisper and bruiser traits, would make him a beast in the frontline.

2-Sy’fen being the whisper dragon would make her deal the most damage, along with the Bruiser trait, which would make her a tank.

3-Olaf counted as a bruiser and a warrior, which would be a great choice.

4-Pantheon being a warrior and whisper would make him deal tons of damage.

5-Seraphine increases your team’s on-hit damage while shielding and healing them.

6-Jax is a good early choice as he stuns enemies and activates the bruiser trait.

7-Zyra would deal tons of damage from the backlines while adding to the Whisper trait.

2) Mage Sylas

This comp is a really slow reroll to level 8 as it is made of low-cost champions.

Nomsy must be a Mage so that the combo will work fine.

Try to get as many Sylas and Seraphine copies as you can before hitting level 8.

Best team for this build:

1-Sylas being your main tank in the frontline as a bruiser, while being placed in a mage combo would make his shield HUGE.

2-Nomsy would be your main carry in terms of damage and would also summon Heimerdinger as an extra Mage.

3-Malphite, along with his bruiser brother Sylas, would be a good choice for a tank in the frontline.

4-Seraphine would greatly increase the team’s utility by healing and shielding them, also activating the Evoker trait.

5-Zyra would make a good combo with Sylas as they both share the Whisper trait. Also she would make the Evoker trait set to 2.

6-Zoe is a 5-cost Mage, which would give the team a set of 5 Mages.

7-Taliyah counted as an additional mage.

1) Sylas and the Lagoons

This comp is a fast reroll to level 8, but make sure to get as many Malphite copies as you can along with Zyra.

Playing this comp would earn you a lot of loot since the Lagoon trait is activated and also having Sohm as the main damage carry.

Best team for this comp:

1-Sylas being alone in the frontline as a mage and bruiser would make him sustain a lot of damage.

2-Sohm is your main damage carry as the Lagoon dragon, and he also shares the mage trait.

3-Serpahine is a Lagoon which heals and shields the team.

4-Zoe makes them a set of 3 mages in the team while dealing a lot of damage and shielding the team.

5-Nilah would slay the backlines of the enemy while adding an additional 1 to the Lagoon trait.

6-Malphite is a bruiser and lagoon, which makes him a great fit on this team.

7-Zyra is an Evoker, along with her sister Seraphine and a whisper, sharing it with Sylas.
