CS:GO Best Aggressive Players
Get to know the most aggressive players in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in this ranking list.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is a competitive 5v5 tactical shooter where strategy and teamplay are what gets wins. So, it is preferred to play safely and rely on trades with your teammates in competitive play unless you're these players who head into fights heads first and show unnecessary aggression. Here are the top 10 Aggressive Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players.

TOP 10. swag

Braxton ‘swag’ Pierce was the young rising star in the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene in 2014. Known for his aggressive pug-stomping play style, this star sadly had an abrupt end to his career in January of 2015. swag was indefinitely banned for match fixing with his team at the time, iBUYPOWER, against NetcodeGuides in Season 5 of CEVO Professional League. It was a shame because prior to his ban swag got 18th in HLTVs top 20 players of 2014 with the rating 1.12. He was predicted to shine throughout 2015 to 2016 but sadly couldn’t show it because of his ban. swag kept on trying to pursue a professional CS:GO career throughout the years playing in smaller tournaments that unbanned him. In 2020 swag officially announced his retirement from CS:GO to pursue Valorant.

Kenny ‘kennyS’ Schrub, the god-father of aggressive AWPing. He is known for his aggressive play style with the AWP, kennyS showed everyone what it looks like to play the AWP in a more aggressive way. Sadly, kennyS’ playstyle was cut-short. In 2015 Valve released a new patch for CS:GO in April first which slowed down the movement speed of aiming down the scope of the AWP. This change forced kennyS to adapt and change his aggressive playstyle. Some would even say Valve made that patch solely to nerf kennyS. Though he had to give up his aggressive AWPing play style he still dominated the next few years and in 2017 earned himself a top 7 HLTVs top 20 players and a Major MVP. kennyS also holds 1 Major trophy and 10 LAN titles.

This American superstar did not receive the love and recognition he has now when he entered the league. Starting out playing for Splyce in 2015, Stewie2k showed his abnormal aggressive play style to the world. Stewie2k would enter  a site through a smoke, which was inadvisable at the time. . A lot of doubters, even eSport Journalists, believe that Stewie2k will not play or be able to keep up in that “next level” because of his recklessness. Stewie2k however, proved everyone wrong. Make way for the most aggressive player in CS:GO history, Andrei ‘arT’ Piovezan.  Been in the scene since 2016 but never made a name for himself till as of late when he started playing for the renowned Brazilian team, FURIA Esports, in 2018. Another player who was like Stewie2k gained a lot of infamy for how he pushes into a site. He’s not afraid to cross smokes and molotovs just as long as he gets to point B from point A. His team, FURIA Esport, plays around his play style. They would wait for arT to push into a site alone, fully entrusting him that he would make an early frag, which he usually does, and clear the site. As of now, aRT has earned himself 3 LAN titles and since he only started playing properly in 2018 that isn’t that bad.
