10. Mansion on the Beach (Only on PC) Creator: Thetoaster5
A scenic view to die for....literally...
Get ready to bring your silencers players, given its sweeping open views and assassin like nature, this map is all about stealth. Plus, ven Mid-Westerners need a beach day every now and again, although I’m not sure anyone from Hope County could afford this one….
What's Great About Mansion on the Beach:
- Big “Hitman” style vibes, but infinitely better weapon control
- Very well driven story line with a challenging goal
- Interesting approach to the outpost based mission style of Far Cry

9.Terminator 2 (PS4 only)
Robots, fire fight and chaos alike!
When Schwartzenager said he’d “be back”, we had no idea it would be with this wild map in the world of Far Cry 5. With scenery and storyline to boot, this map will have you coming back too.
What's Great About Terminator 2:
- Interesting approach to something unfamiliar to the Far Cry 5 universe: alien warfare
- Great use of weaponry and diversity in game play styles
- Incredible built in effects including massive robots and many recognizable characters from the movies

8. Aspen County (PC Only)
A peaceful town, until suddently it isn't.
This map by GenesisMD5745 is a really interesting take on a Far Cry map, bringing it in at our number 8 spot. With lots of variety in gameplay available to the player, you can make Aspen anything your heart desires…Maybe not a birch though….
What's Great About Aspen County:
- Decent size town map that really fits with Far Cry 5 theme
- Transitions between town and outlying areas are easy on the eyes
- Map is given to players in certain condition, but can be customized by the player

7. Stranger in the West (Only Xbox One)
This map guaruntees a good old fashioned shoot out.
Hope County always gave us a bit of that return to the Wild West feel, but with this map, you’ll be a true gunslinger. Only this time, you’ll be able to access a bit of a wilder modern arsenal while enjoying your time as a cowboy in the good ol days. It’s a darn tootin’ good map.

- Really well decorated map with great small details
- Smaller map that keeps you goal oriented
- Challenging given limited number of weapon options

6. The Twilight Zone (PS4 only)
Get ready for nightmares beyond your wildest gaming imagination.
You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind; a journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination - Next stop, the Twilight Zone map of Far Cry 5! From story theme to coloration and effects, this one nails it.
What's Great About The Twilight Zone:
- Very creepy but entertaining story line to follow
- Map is very intricate and explorable
- Coloration in black and white is an incredible concept

5. Goji Desert (PS4 Only)
Finding water is the last thing to be concerned about in this desert.
If the concepts of Far Cry 5 weren’t crazy enough for you, this map takes you to a whole other place….quite literally. With incredible chaos that borders on Mad Max level insanity, you’re bound to have an exciting time in the Goji Desert.
What's Great About the Goji Desert:
- Teeming with a lot of stories, enemy variety and placement
- Striking visuals with attention to detail
- Lots of traps to keep you on your toes especially with the added feature of no health regeneration

4. Lost Ancient City (PS4 Only)
Get lost in the beautiful mysterious ruins of this city, but be careful what you find within them.
If you could combine the elements of Far Cry 5 with the storyline of Tomb Raider and the scenery of Uncharted, you’d end up with the Lost Ancient City map. Whatever brings you to this list, please don’t miss out on your chance to be an in game bushwhacking destroyer.

Zombies and monsters and enemies, oh my!
Created by Kaiguy153, this map is an incredible take of the game The Last of Us. And just like The Last of Us, within its overgrown city layout, you’ll find a lot more than you bargained for.
What's Great About The Last of Us:
- Great attention to detail that really puts you in an abandoned overgrown city
- Great storyline and quick paced gameplay that keeps you moving through the map
- Great arsenal of weapons allowed to brutalize a large variety of villains and monsters

2. A Witcher’s Ballad (PC Only)
Toss a coin to your Witcher and a bunch of coins to the creator of this map.
This map is a truly incredible creation: interweaving elements of the Far Cry 5 universe with those of The Witcher 3. Test out this map if you want to see how your Hope County experiences would transfer into the magical realm of The Witcher.
What's Great About A Witcher’s Ballad:
- Gorgeous map, scenery and built areas are incredible, village day and night looks like a completely new place to explore
- Lots of choice and consequences for gameplay so can be as short or as long as you want
- With lots of side activities to do, the more time you pass the more it makes this map even more on theme

Is there such thing as an apocalyptic dreamland?
This map is almost a shot for shot recreation of the Fallout 3 universe. With its apocalyptic vistas and chaotic enemies, we quite simply have no notes on anything we would’ve done differently; this is our number one Far Cry 5 arcade map.
What's Great About Fallout 3:
- Lots of details and story, you exist in the world not just play through
- A great combination of human and mutants NPCs
- The main town is recognizable to anyone who has even heard of the Fallout series
