If you don’t like the username you chose when you started to play Genshin Impact and want to change it but don't know how… This is your place!

You can’t change in any possible way your username, so you have to send an email to Hoyoverse with the concept “changing username” and tell them to change it!
If you want to change the name that shows to other people (nickname), you can change it in Paimon Menu > The pencil next to your name in the card > Edit nickname.
Those are the two ways to change your username and your nickname in Genshin Impact!
