Kayn is one of the jungle champions that can adjust to what the team really needs.His Shadow Assassin form can peel squishy enemies, whereas his Dark form, or Rhaast, can be a tank with crowd control. In this article, we will rank each of his skins to determine which ones are worth buying, considering that all his skins are three in one skins.

5. Soulhunter Kayn

Soulhunter Kayn Splash Art

Soulhunter Kayn was the champion release skin for Kayn in 2017. It offers new splash art, recall animation, and skills, particles, and sound effects. The problem with this skin is that though the base form of Kayn looks badass and very detailed, his Shadow Assassin form looks like a High Noon skin, while his Darkin form resembles a being from the Shadow Isles, which is lacking considering its price. Also, there is no Chroma or Chroma bundle available for this skin.

How to get it: It can be obtained as a skin shard in a Hextech Box, as a permanent skin by rerolling three skin shards, or by purchasing it for 1350 Riot Points.

4. Nightbringer Kayn

Nightbringer Kayn Splash Art

Among his skins, Nightbringer Kayn is definitely one of the fan favorites because of its theme, aesthetics, and unique twist. The in-game base form of Kayn is divided into two. One reflects the Nightbringer, while the other reflects the Dawnbringer. It comes with a new recall animation, skills, sounds, and particle effects that depend on the chosen form in-game. The twist of this skin is that the Shadow Assassin has the Nightbringer effects, and his Darkin form has the Dawnbringer effects, which can lead to confusion among his enemies. A chroma bundle is also available for this skin. 

How to get it: It can be obtained as a skin shard in a Hextech Box, as a permanent skin by rerolling three skin shards, or by purchasing it for 1350 Riot Points.

3. Snow Moon Kayn

Snow Moon Kayn Splash Art

Snow Moon Kayn is the recent addition to his skins. The in-game model of his Darkin form looks like a Blood Moon skin, but with a different shade of red when it comes to the skills, and particle effects. Meanwhile, the Shadow Assassin form shows a cold blooded hunter, with snow incorporated into the skills, and particle effects. This skin also comes with a new recall animation, and new splash art. A chroma bundle is also available for this skin. 

How to get it: It can be obtained as a skin shard in a Hextech Box, as a permanent skin by rerolling three skin shards, or by purchasing it for 1350 Riot Points.

2. Prestige Nightbringer Kayn

Prestige Nightbringer Kayn Splash Art

Prestige Nightbringer Kayn is the premium version of Nightbringer Kayn. The recall animation and sound effects are the same as  normal, but the splash art, in-game models are different, while the skills and particles of both forms are also tweaked with the addition of golden effects. The base form of Kayn wears an additional armor with a touch of white and gold; his Darkin form has that see-through glow; and the Shadow Assassin wears a different armor with white and gold trims. 

How to get it: it is currently unavailable, but there is a chance that it will be available in the rotating mythic essence shop.

1. Odyssey Kayn

Odyssey Kayn Splash Art

Being a legendary skin, Odyssey Kayn offers a brand new splash art, in-game model, idle, recall, and death animation, as well as new emotes where Kayn is playing a famous mobile game called “Snakes” with the orb scythe. The players are actually surprised because it exceeded their expectations. In terms of skill, sound, and particle effects, this skin can go toe-to-toe with other Ultimate skins. His Darkin form resembles a dark star skin, while the shadow assassin form resembles a cosmic skin. On top of that, a Chroma bundle is also available for this skin.

How to get it: It can be obtained as a skin shard in a Hextech Box, as a permanent skin by rerolling three skin shards, or by purchasing it for 1820 Riot Points.
