[Top 5] Rainbow 6 Siege Best Brava Loadouts That Are Excellent

Top 5 Best Brava Loadouts in R6 Siege
The top five loadouts for the newest operator in Rainbow Six Siege’s Year 8 Season 1

Brava is the most recent addition to Team Rainbow and is probably the most dynamic in recent years. She adds so much depth into Siege’s already intricate gameplay with her special gadget, the Kludge Drone, which can hack enemy gadgets, either turning them into attacking team’s gadgets, or disabling them. With Brava present on the attacking team, the defending team will have to be extra careful when walking through entryways with Kapkan traps or Aruni Surya Laser Gates.

Maestro should really be careful not to let his Evil Eyes get hacked as well, because that could present a lot of trouble to the defending team. On top of that, Brava has access to powerful weapons and utilities which only increases her effectiveness in the field.

5. Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Compensator, and Vertical Grip + Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser + Smoke Grenade

When Brava was announced and her special gadget was shown, I was expecting that her weapons would be on the weaker side, at least in the damage department. They did that to some operators whose gadgets are really powerful like Mozie and Solis in order to balance it out. That’s why I’m quite surprised that the devs gave Brava the Para-308 as one of her choices for her primary weapon. The Para-308 assault rifle is one of the most powerful weapons in the game. Not only does it inflict high damage per shot, it’s also compatible with a wide variety of attachments, which makes it highly customizable to the user.

And speaking of attachments, a very solid choice would be the compensator for its barrel. With the compressor, especially with the recent buff that it has received, the Para-308's horizontal and random recoil from all directions would be greatly reduced. Because of that, this loadout setup will provide Brava with great stability, especially when it comes to long-sprays. While the compensator lowers the horizontal and random recoil from all directions of the Para-308, the vertical grip on the other hand will weaken its vertical recoil. So with this loadout setup, Brava will have a great balance between horizontal and random recoil control.

Excels in:

  • Greatly reducing Brava’s Para-308's horizontal and random recoil from all directions with the use of the compensator barrel attachment
  • Having a strong vertical recoil control on Brava’s Para-308 assault rifle due to the vertical grip attachment
  • Having a good amount of zoom on Brava’s Para-308 due to the scope 1.5x which doesn’t sacrifice a lot of peripheral view
  • Having the ability to create entry holes or destroy unreinforced hatches with the Super Shorty shotgun which will also have a tight hip fire due to the laser
  • Providing cover for the attacking team’s push with the use of the three grenades in Brava’s generic gadget slot

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Compensator, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Smoke Grenade

4. Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Muzzle Break, and Angled Grip + Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser + Claymore

This loadout setup specializes in short sprays, which the game prefers nowadays anyway. I say that because the recoil progression overhaul which dropped with Operation Brutal Swarm has made it so that the recoil of guns across the board would be harder to control during long sprays. And when it comes to short bursts, the muzzle brake is a great barrel attachment. A lot of players overlook the muzzle brake because its in-game description makes it seem like it’s only effective at lowering the recoil of single-shot firing weapons.

However, the muzzle brake also works very well with fully automatic ones, especially after the very recent buff that it has received, improving its recoil control from 45% to 50%. It works very well with fully automatic weapons because it greatly reduces the weapon’s first shot recoil. This has a high tendency of stabilizing the following shots. As for the grip attachment, the angled grip would allow Brava to go into aim-down-sights stance faster than normal. The faster she’s able to aim at her opponents, the faster she can respond to them and take them down.

Excels in:

  • Greatly reducing the Para-308's first shot recoil using the muzzle brake barrel attachment which makes its subsequent shots more stable
  • Being able to go into aim-down-sights stance faster than normal with the use of the angled grip attachment
  • Having a good balance between zoom level and peripheral view with the scope 1.5x on Brava’s Para-308 assault rifle
  • Having the ability to create entry holes, destroy unreinforced hatches, and even perform vertical plays, with the use of the Super Shorty handgun
  • Protecting yourself from roamers, flankers, and run outs while controlling Brava’s Kludge Drones from the observation tool view

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Muzzle Brake, and Angled Grip
  • Secondary weapon - Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Claymore

3. Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Flash Hider, and Angled Grip + Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser + Claymore

This loadout setup has a great balance between recoil control and speed. Unlike the muzzle brake which was discussed above, the flash hider barrel attachment doesn’t only lower the weapon’s first shot recoil. It lowers the overall vertical recoil of weapons, so it’s a really good barrel attachment for users who prefer long sprays over short ones. Another perk from the flash hider is that as its name implies, it hides the muzzle flash of weapons, preventing enemies from quickly spotting you through that particular visual cue.

As for the speed, as mentioned before, it will allow the user to go into aim-down-sights stance faster than normal, which is perfect for Bravas. That’s because she will have to spend a lot of time controlling her Kludge Drones, and there would be times that she would have to engage enemies immediately after getting out of observation tool mode. The angled grip will provide Brava with the speed that she needs to do that, and in case you’re worried that the Para-308's recoil would be hard to control without a vertical grip, rest easy because as shown in the recoil test screenshot below, the flash hider should be enough to control its weapon kick.

Excels in:

  • Lowering the overall vertical recoil of Brava’s Para-308 assault rifle with the use of the flash hider barrel attachment
  • Being able to go into aim-down-sights faster than normal when aiming-down-sight on Brava’s Para-308 due to the angled grip attachment
  • Having a good amount of zoom through the scope 1.5x which is great for short to medium range shooting
  • Having the ability to destroy unreinforced hatches, create entry holes, and even perform vertical attacks, with the use of the Super Shorty shotgun
  • Protecting yourself from roamers, run outs, and flankers, with the use of the two claymores in Brava’s arsenal

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Flash Hider, and Angled Grip
  • Secondary weapon - Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Claymore

2. Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser + Claymore

The extended barrel is a really great barrel attachment for Brava’s Para-308, so I’m sure there would be a lot of players who would think that this loadout setup should actually have the highest ranking. It works really well for her role, because as mentioned above, she would be spending a lot of time in observation tool mode controlling her Kludge Drones, and while she’s doing that, she’s vulnerable and enemies could take advantage of that. But when she’s able to anticipate it and get out of the observation tool mode just in time to engage the enemy, it would be best if she could take them down as fast as possible.

And this loadout setup is the best one for those kinds of situations. That’s because with the extended barrel, Brava’s Para-308 will have 12% additional damage. And since the extended barrel retains its previous benefit even after the recent buff, this loadout setup will make it so that Brava will be inflicting as much damage as possible with her Para-308 regardless of range. That’s because the extended barrel reduces the range damage drop-off of weapons. Speaking of enemies trying to get Brava while she’s on observation tool mode, her claymores would be great when it comes to scoring kills on enemies that would attempt to run out to get her.

Excels in:

  • Increasing the damage of the Para-308 assault rifle with the use of the extended barrel which now adds 12% damage on weapons
  • Maximizing the damage output and potential of Brava’s Para-308 assault rifle with the extended barrel reducing its range damage drop-off
  • Maintaining a good amount of vertical recoil control on Brava’s Para-308 assault rifle with the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Being able to create entry holes, destroy unreinforced hatches, and open up lines of sight, with the use of the Super shorty shotgun
  • Countering run outs, roamers, and flankers with the use of the two claymores in Brava’s generic gadget slot

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Claymore

Recoil pattern test on the Para-308 in this setup with the author’s own recoil control applied:

1. Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser + Claymore

While Brava isn’t a stealthy operator and she’s not really for flanking, having the great stealth benefits from equipping a suppressor to your weapon is always good, especially now that suppressors don’t reduce the damage of weapons anymore. With the suppressor on Brava’s Para-308, her shots won’t create a directional threat indicator and the suppressor will also hide the weapon’s muzzle flash. This will make it much harder for enemies to immediately see where you’re shooting them from, and because of that, their ability to counterattack would be greatly reduced.

Of course, shots from a suppressed Para-308 would also be very hard to hear, making it even harder for enemies to pinpoint Brava’s location. Another benefit of the suppressor which is often overlooked is that it prevents the user from being caught off-guard while she’s shooting. That’s because her shots would be much more silent, and she’ll have a better chance of hearing enemies coming from the back or the sides while she’s shooting. As for the secondary weapon, the Super Shorty shotgun is the best, because it will provide Brava the ability to destroy unreinforced hatches, create entry holes, and even perform a vertical attack. With the Super Shorty available to Brava, I just don’t see any compelling reason for the user to run with the USP40 handgun instead.

Excels in:

  • Shooting enemies with Brava’s Para-308 without providing them a directional threat indicator of where the shots are coming from
  • The suppressor dampening the gunshot sounds of the Para-308 will make it much harder for enemies to hear where your shots are coming from
  • Maintaining a strong amount of recoil control on Brava’s Para-308 assault rifle with the use of the vertical grip attachment
  • Having the ability to destroy unreinforced hatches, create entry holes, and even perform vertical attacks with the use of the Super Shorty shotgun
  • Protecting yourself from run outs, roamers, and flankers, with the use of the claymores while you’re controlling Brava’s Kludge drones

Build Details:

  • Primary weapon - Para-308 with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
  • Secondary weapon - Super Shorty with Reflex B and Laser
  • Generic gadget - Claymore
