Great for early game combat, plate armor is insane at keeping your pawns well-protected from all kinds of damage. Whether it’s made from wood or steel, plate armor makes sure to cover almost all your body parts. Take note that it is pretty heavy and slows you down, but on the plus side, it makes you look like a badass warrior!

4. Flak Armor Set

As the golden standard for early to mid-game combat, a full flak set (including the jacket, vest, and pants) could mean life or death against the barrage of bullets your pawns suffer through during every raid. It protects well against piercing attacks with little to negligible movement speed reduction.

- Sometimes offered as a reward for quests by the Empire faction.

- Try and steal it from one of the Imperial Cataphracts of the Empire, if you dare.
