    Celebrating their 7th anniversary, Summoners' War has charmed their players with generous gifts. Players are now able to obtain a free Transcendence scroll which allows you to summon a default 5-star monster. On top of that, 7-year special scrolls are also given out through various events and packages. This scroll allows you to select a pool of heroes that you want to summon, increasing the access to unobtained monsters including the newly released, Mage. With these awesome rewards, you should be able to summon the rare monsters available in the game.

15. [DARK] Inugami, Kro

You can rune Kro with any rune set you have available. He gives huge damage outpput especially with high Crit rate and Crit damage.

    Kro is a unit used as a primary damage dealer in most early game contents. His damage increases by 20% per harmful effect and he can share this damage boost to a teammate who attacks with him. With the proper team setup for Kro, he can easily help you clear dungeons without a high rune requirement. 

 

• Kro is a 3-star monster and can be easily obtained through scrolls and secret dungeons
• He is a Dark monster which gives him elemental advantage over all other elements.
• After early game, he is still a good damage dealer in Raid 5

14. [LIGHT] Cow Girl, Loren

During Loren's peak Meta she can solo everyone in RTA Battles which made her a First pick in every fight.

    Loren is an all rounder that can be built as a damage dealer or as a support unit. Her utility depends heavily on her passive skills which can disable any enemy. She depletes her enemy’s attack bar gauge with every hit which leaves her enemies unable to take a turn. She can also decrease the enemy’s defense and boost the team's overall damage. 

 

• She is a farmable unit. Her dungeon opens every Sunday for free.
• You can bring her to all of the available dungeons because of her flexible skills.
• She doesn’t need high investment runes. With decent speed and accuracy she will get the work done for you.

13. [WATER] Sylph, Tyron

 Due to having shorter cooldowns,Tyron is much easier to use that most Natural 5 stars monsters.

   Tyron is dubbed as the new Tower of Ascension King surpassing his brother Baretta and his 5-star counterpart, Verad. His skills can slow the enemy then freeze them and he can also deplete their attack bar. With Tyron in your team, your TOA runs will be so much easier.

• His Leader skill provides 19% additional speed to all allies
• You can fuse a Baretta to skill up your Tyron for free
•  Low rune requirement and can be equipped with any rune set.

When Rica lands sleep in any monster, she gains another turn instantly.

Rica is a very flexible unit that can be used from early to late game. She is an all-rounder usable in almost all of the contents of the game. If you are new to the game, she is very awesome to have because she can easily clear TOA Normal with minimal rune requirement. Her 3rd Skill allows her to place ‘Continuous Damage’ on the enemies making them burn their own hp. Because of this, Rica does not require attack stats. She can be built as a bruiser heavily loaded with lots of hp stats while still giving a huge damage output. As for late game action, she is usually used in Arena as an anti-Lushen defense and she is also a staple in RTA Control teams between Conqueror to Guardian rank.

• A worthy investment. She is usable from Early to Late game.
• Can be paired with many team compositions
• Best Anti-Lushen unit

11. [FIRE] Grim Reaper, Sath

Lushen + Sath + Double Mellia + Tatu is the current Meta Team for almost all Dungeons.

    Sath is a 3-star unit that is easily obtained by summoning. He is an irreplaceable unit with skills that you can’t find in any other monster. He was useless for a few years until he was given a major boost which completely changed the mechanics of the game. With his passive, he is able to double the damage output of all ‘Continuous Damage’ effects. He doesn't particularly shine in Arena but he is a must-have in almost all of your Dungeon runs. You can also build him without attack and focus on his HP and Accuracy stats.

• Can clear high Level Dungeons (GB12,DB12, PC10,SF10)
• Can easily clear TOA stages

Tatu is the only monster that can detonate 'Continuous Damage' effect.

    With the recent skill improvement, She is now placed in the same category as sath. Her new skill now enables her to detonate all ‘Continuous Damage’ stacked on enemy monsters. With Sath and Tatu on the same team they are able to blow up high hp monsters like dungeon bosses and can clear most of the early game content without a high rune requirement. She is also a 2 star monster so she is farmable and easy to acquire.

    Verdehile is a classic monster that has been used for years now. He is the go to monster for every dragon dungeon run because his passive skills help his team gain more turns before the enemy can. With the proper setup,Verdehile can be your main damage dealer in most of the dungeons available.

• Easy to obtain. He is available as a Fusion monster.
• He is a unit that can be used from early game to late game.
• He is a flexible monster that can suit your current needs. He can be a damage dealer but can also be built with a lot of hp.

    Icaru is a very powerful monster built especially for high Dungeons. His skill is called Team Up which allows him to bring a group of monsters to attack an enemy. In addition, he reduces the cooldown of the ally that attacked together with him. A team is specifically formed around Icaru and that consists of Icaru, Icaru, Icaru and Verdehile. Yes, you need 3 of them to always have Team Up at every turn. This team is now famously called Tricaru..

• Fast and consistent Dungeon runs. (Db12, Nb12, PC10)
• Very easy to obtain. You can farm him on Scenarios.
• Low rune requirement and very easy to build.

7. [WIND] Art Master, Cheongpung

Although Cheongpung's skills are fit for a Support monster, he is actually an Attack Type monster dealing significant damage in PVP Contents.

    Cheongpung is one of the newer monsters that was introduced in the game but that didn’t stop him from becoming a top PVP unit. Whether he’s placed in Arena or in Real-Time Battles, Cheongpung dominates all PVP contents. His skill strips the enemy’s buffs and at the same time, he decreases the defense of all enemies. He also offers AoE attack bar reduction which is a very important mechanic in PVP. 

• He can increase the cooltime of the enemies’ skill.
• Even though he is a PVP unit, He also performs well in TOA stages.
• His Leader skill adds 50% Attack Power to Wind Monsters

6. [WIND] Beast Rider, Savannah

Savannah is often used in High Tier Arena around C3 to G3.

    Savannah is one of the Most Wanted monsters in the game along with her sisters, Barbara and Masha. She is a PVP unit but she also does well in some dungeons. She is a damage dealer that can remove the enemy’s beneficial effects and replace them with Continuous Damage. On top of that, she can also provide Speed buff for her team while decreasing the enemy’s defense. She is a good unit to have but she is also the worst opponent you can encounter.

• You can build her with pure damage stats and not mind her hp stats because she can self revive and has 2 lives.
• After you kill Savannah for the first time her damage is increased by 100%
• Additional damage is added to her skills which are scaled on speed.

5. [WIND] Fairy King, Ganymede

Ganymede used to be nicknamed as 'Cancer Unit' as he can solo his opponents without letting them move. With Violent runes he was unstoppable back in the day, fortunately his skills were adjusted to keep a balance.

    Ganymede lives up to his name as the King because after 2 Nerfs, he is still powerful. Ganymede offers a wide variety of skills which are both offensive and defensive. Ventilate is a skill that he uses on an ally to make that ally’s skill instantly reusable. While his other skill can put the enemy’s skill into max cooldown which can heavily incapacitate a monster. Ganymede is such a strong unit that you can use him in almost all of the content of the game.

• When Ventilate is maxed, it is reusable for 3 turns. 2 Violent procs then he can use it again on another ally
• His 3rd skill cannot be resisted.
• Ganymede can be paired with any unit.

Bastet is often runed with Swift but sometimes people rune her with Violent to utilize her Shields more.

Bastet is a support unit that can do three things with a single skill. One, She gives an attack buff to all allies. Two, she grants shield to all her allies and three, she boosts the attack bar of all allies by 25%. This makes your team’s turn cycle faster than your opponent. This makes her an essential unit in every offense team.

• She can also be used as a tank in R5
• Her Leader skill adds 33% Defense on all ally monsters
• Her shield is a very big advantage in almost all contents of the game

    Fran the light Fairy Queen, is undeniably the best healer of the game. She provides a wide variety of skills and can fit into any team composition. Her first skill reduces the enemy’s attack while her second skill cleanses debuffs from allies and heals them. Her third skill boosts the team's attack and also gives the team an immunity buff. With all the utility skills she has, it is hard to replace her with any other healer in the game.

• You can use the regular fairy to level up her skills. Fairies can be farmed in secret dungeons and also in unknown scrolls for free.
• Fran is a unit that you can use from early game to late game.
• Her Leader skill offers additional 10% attack speed on all allies.

Though Seara is an Attack monster, She is notorious in RTA for her Tanky Damager Build.

    Seara is a top tier damage dealer that provides huge damage output through bombs. Bombs ignore elemental disadvantage so she can kill any unit if she’s given the proper runes. Unlike other bombers, Seara can detonate her own bomb instantly killing an enemy. Also, She doesn’t depend on crit rate and crit damage which makes more room for attack stats. 

• She gains an extra turn when she uses her Skill 2. It effectively shortens the cooldown of her skills.
• Her Leader skill offers a 24% Attack Speed boost on all allies which makes her a very valuable PVP unit.
• In TOA, you can stack as many bombs as you can then detonate it with Seara wiping out High level bosses.

Lushen is used in all Dungeons available in the game even when it is his counter element he can still carry his team.

    Lushen is an all-around damage dealer which is a requirement in almost all of the contents of the game. He owns one of the most powerful skills in the game which is called ‘Amputation Magic’. This is an AoE attack that ignores the enemy’s defense. He is a very valuable monster especially in Dungeons and Arena. Most of the team compositions are based on Lushen and he is often used even in late game accounts. If you are able to summon a Lushen, It is mandatory to prioritize his runes because it will significantly add progress to your account. He has been a top unit for 7 years straight.

• He doesn’t need speed. You can focus on his Attack stats for pure damage.
• Lushen is a must-have hero to clear Dungeons in under a minute
• With the proper runes, He is usable in all available Dungeons. (GB12, DB12, NB12, PC10, SF10)
