This long-standing armored vehicle is an updated version of the regular insurgent Pick-Up that players can take to a Mobile Operations Center or to an Avenger to upgrade the weapon and other visual mods.

• The Machine Gun on top allows for full 360 degree coverage and with an elevation range of between -20 and 30 degrees, taking out enemies in low-flying aircraft and targets close to the vehicle.

The Mobile Operations Center or M.O.C for short is a special vehicle in GTA Online that serves as a one stop shop for illegal activities players can use for upgrading vehicles, purchasing one-of-a-kind weapons, command center for launching jobs, and a personal living quarters.

Keep in mind that the M.O.C is the first truck players got in GTA Online that could be used fully as a customizable personal vehicle. 1. Oppressor Mk II (Superb)

What is the Oppressor MK II

The Oppressor MKII is the only hoverbike in GTA Online equipped with the best homing missiles in the game making it the best offensive vehicle players can own, this notorious hoverbike was introduced with the After Hours update and would forever change GTA V Online.

What we love about the M.O.C

The Oppressor MKII is known for its agility in the air, top speed and its spectacular ability in the countermeasure department against incoming homing missiles. When done right it is possible to redirect all potential homing missiles. While the Oppressor MK2 provides such exceptional feats, it has been a controversial vehicle due to its overpowered combat capabilities, Rockstar Games tried mitigating this by increasing the price tag from $3.8 million to a shocking $8 million (this is the same price as the most expensive Yacht).

Oppressor MKII Stats

• When countermeasures are installed (flare or chaff), the MKII can prevent all homing missiles from hitting their target (Best in the Game).
• Top speed of 130 mph on land or in air. In the air players should hold R1 (PS4/5) to pull in the flaps to reach the top speed.
• Maneuverability is so good; players can simply go in circles without using any countermeasures to prevent homing missiles from hitting.
