Healers are one of the best champions to use as a support or have as a support, and as Wild Rift doesn’t have all the champions in League of Legends yet, you may have wondered who are the best healers in Wild Rift at the moment, so here is a list for that.
10.Lulu
Lulu is an enchanter support that buffs her allies with shields and bonus damage, she has a good amount of poke and has two forms of crowd control which is her polymorph and the knock up effect from her ultimate ability. Lulu doesn’t really have a healing ability, but her ultimate ability adds bonus health which is basically a heal in my opinion
Although Lulu doesn’t have direct healing ability, her ultimate gives bonus health which can most of the time have a better effect, one of which is the health she gives cannot be affected by grevious wounds and champions that have abilities that scale with health or bonus health will be amplified. Her ultimate will also knock up enemies that are nearby the target, which adds more survivability for the target of her ultimate..
Although you can’t heal directly you can take the rune Font of Life, a rune that will let allies heal whenever they hit enemies that you mark. Know when to use your ultimate on an ally, don’t use it way too late by waiting until your ally is low on health, the best time to use it is when your ally has more than one enemy nearby them.
What makes Lulu a Strong healer:
- The health that she gives cannot be affected by grievous wounds.
- She can amplify allies that have abilities that scale with bonus health.
- She can allow her allies to survive even when they get focused by more than one enemy.

9.Kayle
Kayle is a champion that is mostly played as a solo champion, she is a champion that is played more as a carry but her healing ability and ultimate ability allows her to keep her allies alive and kicking. She can heal herself and one other ally that is within her range while also giving a boost in movement speed.
Although Kayle isn’t a support champion you can still use her to heal allies, and the AP scaling on her heal isn’t bad at all so while building AP items you’re also boosting your healing ability. Kayle can also make one ally invulnerable from damage so you can heal an ally make them invulnerable, this will shorten the time an ally will take damage before getting a heal.
You can build Kayle as a full AP champion with offensive AP items but you can also build items like Ardent Censer to boost the attack speed of you and your ally. Don’t play Kayle in the support role, she is really weak early and you’ll only be effective once you get one or two items.
What makes Kayle a Strong Healer:
- Her heal give you movement speed which helps you stay alive better and position yourself better.
- Her ultimate will make an ally invulnerable, this gives you a lot more time to keep an ally alive while your heal is on cooldown.
- She can heal herself and one ally, this keeps herself and that ally healthy in team fights.

8.Alistar
Alistar is a tank support that heals his team while tanking damage, he can heal multiple allies at once as long as they are nearby him. His healing can be considered better than most as he can heal all of his allies as long as they are nearby him.
Alistar has one of the best crowd control abilities to protect his allies, coupled with his healing ability, he can keep his allies alive by pushing enemies away from them or or putting them into an airborne state. His ultimate will also allow him to tank a lot of damage due to the reduced damage he takes.
Alistar can tank a lot of damage allowing him to initiate fights even if his team is a bit far away from his engages so if you have your ultimate is up and your team is nearby and can respond to you, don’t be afraid to engage on the enemy as most of the time it will group the enemies closer together allowing you and your team to easily hit more than one champion. Remember that your passive will cooldown faster when you stun or knockback enemies.
What makes Alistar a Strong Healer:
- Alistar can heal all his allies within the range of his passive.
- Besides healing his allies he can protect them by knocking back or stunning enemies.
- Alistar can heal more frequently the more he uses his crowd control so being more aggressive with his abilities will result in more heals.

7.Rakan
Rakan is a support champion that can be played as a tank that can initiate team fights and tank damage or you can build more AP items so that he can deal a burst of damage for his team while he initiates a team fight. His healing abilities aren’t the best but it is indeed a direct heal, it also scales really well with an AP build so it can become really good when you build him like that.
Although Rakan isn’t the best in healing his team he can be said to be the best in protecting them, with his abilities and crowd control he can keep his allies safe and with his mobility he can get to them in no time at all. AP is a more common build on him as it improves his healing ability and the damage he deals along with the crowd control makes winning team fights a lot easier, even though the AP build does make him a bit more squishy but Rakan is hard to kill because of his mobility.
If you’re going for a tank build you would want to take Font of Life rather than Aftershock, since Rakan moves a lot there are a lot of times where the damage from Aftershock wouldn’t hit, and you wouldn’t need the bonus armor and magic resist as you wouldn't be taking many hits as you engage on the enemy. If you’re gonna go for an AP build you should go for items that give you health stats as well. You can combo your ultimate with your second ability, if you time it right you will have a 100% chance to knock them up.
What makes Rakan a Strong healer:
- Rakan can heal himself and allies around him, and it has a high AP scaling allowing AP Rakan to be more effective.
- Rakan can also shield allies and with the way his healing works he can quickly get to his allies while healing and shielding them.
- Rakan can also protect his allies with the crowd control he has.

6.Sona
Sona is an enchanter support that gives heals and buffs to her team. She has multiple buffs that she can apply to her team or debuffs she can apply to the enemy team. As a healer she can heal herself and another ally while also shielding allies that are nearby.
Sona has a versatile kit where she can apply buffs with her basic abilities and apply different debuffs using her passive, the debuff she applies depends on the last ability she used when she has three stacks on her passive. She can buff her allies by adding bonus damage to the attack of her allies, healing them and shielding them, and giving them increased movement speed. She can debuff enemies by reducing the damage they deal or reducing their movement speed. Her ability to boost the overall damage of her allies and her AoE crowd control ultimate ability makes Sona effective in team fights.
Sona will have very low cooldowns as the game progresses and this isn’t just from her items, it will also come from her passive on her ultimate that reduces the cooldown of her basic abilities, this means you will be able to spam abilities a lot but keep in mind that her mana pool isn’t the biggest so try to build items that give mana or restore mana. You should know what type of debuffs or buffs she can apply so you will know how to use them and which one to use that will be more effective in each situation.
What makes Sona a Strong Healer:
- Sona can heal and give a shield to allies, this is really good since enemies will have a harder time countering both her heals and shields.
- Along with the heals Sona can reduce the damage enemies deal which helps in keeping your ally alive. This works really well in the Duo lane as Sona can focus applying this debuff to the enemy marksman.
- Sona can also boost the movement speed of her allies, boosting their survivability rate.
See Sona in action:
5.Senna
Senna is a marksman that can be played as a Duo lane champion or as a support, the latter being more common. Her kit allows her to deal damage and protect her allies with heals and shields. She can also make herself and her allies untargetable and root multiple enemies. As a healer Senna can be said to be better than most champions as she can scale her heal with her AD that she can gain with her stacks and items and because her passive doesn’t have a limit to how many stacks she can have, her healing power also doesn’t have a limit to how much it can grow.
Senna is a champion that becomes stronger the longer the game progresses this makes her a strong champion to pick against certain team compositions that are stronger in the late game. Along with her growing AD, the range of her basic attacks and first ability will also increase to the point that she can poke enemies without any risk at all. Her ultimate also allows her to assist allies around the map with either damaging enemies or providing shields to multiple allies.
Playing Senna as a support is a lot more effective since she can stack her passive better in that role. Try to stack your passive as much as you can, this means playing a lot more aggressively but try not to do that against a support that can stun you for a long time since you are a squishy champion. You can build tankier items like Frozen Gauntlet if you’re having a hard time with getting hit by the enemy marksman, this provides you some protection from AD attacks while also giving your basic attack or your first ability an additional slowing effect. Remember that your basic attacks will reduce the cooldown of your first ability so the item Runaan’s Hurricane will help you be able to use it more frequently.
What makes Senna a Strong Healer:
- Her healing ability grows with her stacks, her AD increases the amount she can heal, while her range increases it also increases the range of her first ability.
- She has multiple ways to protect her allies as you can heal, shield and make them untargetable.
- She can heal more than one ally with her first ability.

4.Seraphine
Seraphine is an enchanter support that excels in damaging multiple enemies with her abilities, she can deal damage based on their missing health, crowd control enemies with a slow, root, stun and charm. Her healing ability is good because she can heal allies based on their missing health and the more allies she has nearby her the more powerful her heal will become.
She is a champion that can do almost everything in a team fight. She can shield and heal allies, deal AoE damage and crowd control multiple enemies. The only thing she can’t do is tank for her team as she is a squishy champion. Her kit is also good for initiating team fights, just flashing to hit more than one enemy with her ultimate ability then comboing with her third ability will prevent the enemies from doing anything, and this might come as too aggressive but because of how long the enemy will be stunned for you won’t be the one they’ll be trying to focus on.
Try not to stand at the front of team fights unless you're sure you won't be caught by any crowd control. Taking Rylai’s Crystal Scepter will amplify her third ability allowing you to root enemies even if you don’t have your passive fully stacked, and if you cast your third ability with the passive fully stacked will stun the enemies instead of rooting them. If you don’t want to build Rylai’s you can also use your ultimate ability first before your third ability to apply a slow first and to get a sure stun with your third ability. As a support you can take Font ofLife to increase the amount you heal.
What makes Seraphine a Strong Healer:
- She can heal all her allies and her healing ability increases the more allies she has around her.
- Font of Life can be easily applied to multiple enemies so you and your allies will be healed when they damage marked enemies.
- She can shield allies adding an additional layer of protection before the health she heals gets damaged.

3.Yuumi
Yuumi is a support that remains invulnerable when she attaches to an ally, while attached to an ally she boosts the adaptive damage of that ally, her abilities also work differently when she is attached but most of the time you’ll be playing attached to an ally. Her healing ability is limited to one ally but the heal is more effective in allowing that ally to stay alive with the amount of healing they will receive.
Yuumi is one of the best champions to have as an AD carry, she excels at keeping that carry alive with the heals and movements speed she gives, she also gives a boost in attack speed allowing on hit type champions to do a lot more damage. Her ultimate is also really good for chasing enemies or even allowing your ally to escape. Yuumi is a champion that will help the carry to carry even harder.
As Yuumi you won’t need to take flash as one of your summoner spells, it would be better to take exhaust and ignite or maybe replace one of those with heal. Your ultimate ability remains active even when you’re using your third ability to attach to another ally. You can skip getting boots if you’re not in a rush to get boot enchantments.
What makes Yuumi a Strong Healer:
- Yuumi’s healing is really strong even if it’s only able to affect one ally.
- She can focus on healing her allies as she doesn’t need to worry about positioning.
- Her kit is optimized to keep the ally she is attached to alive.

2.Nami
Nami is an enchanter support that can heal allies, buff their damage and crowd control enemies. As a healer she can damage and heal allies allowing her to be effective for aggressive allies, coupled with her crowd control and the movement speed she provides to her allies, she becomes perfect for team compositions that are very aggressive for initiating team fights.
Nami is strong early due to the range of her first ability allowing her to poke enemies safely, and even if the enemy decides to go for a trade, she will also heal herself when her first ability bounces back to her after it damages the enemy. Her crowd control is also good for getting picks and starting team fights, since her ultimate will also boost the movement speed of her allies that the ultimate passes by. Her third ability also boosts the damage of one of her allies.
Early on you should play aggressively with poking enemies with your third ability, but be careful against enemies that can hook you or crowd control you as Nami isn’t a tanky champion. Remember your passive will allow you to boost the movement speed of your allies when your abilities touch them and this also applies to your first ability. Taking items like Imperial Mandate will help your allies be more successful with their aggressive plays.
What makes Nami a Strong Healer:
- Nami is a healer that can support aggressive plays, allowing her to keep allies alive with heals and movement speed buffs.
- Nami can protect allies with her crowd control or initiate team fights with it.
- Her healing ability is better than most but she can also deal damage and boost the damage of her allies.

1.Soraka
Soraka is probably the best healer in the game, her passive gives her a movement speed when moving to low health allies. Her heals are also on low cooldown, allowing her to heal allies to full in a short amount of time, and if she hits her first ability her heal will also apply a regeneration effect. Soraka's ultimate heals everyone on the map, this means she can assist everyone on the map whenever they’re low allowing them to turn fights.
Soraka is a walking hospital, her heals can keep allies alive providing a big advantage, and if each team is trading blows, kiting and poking each other, you will; have a huge advantage when your team decides to initiate a fight. One of the best things about her kit is her silence, this can turn a fight around if you manage to silence a champion from using an ability that can make you lose a team fight. It also works well for protecting an ally when they get jumped on by enemies.
Although Soraka has a low cooldown on her second ability you shouldn’t spam it as it also costs health to use, but if you can hit your first ability you can regenerate health and also apply that regeneration to your ally. Try not to use your silence to poke, as it’s better used as a way to keep allies alive by preventing enemies from using abilities. Try to keep an eye on the health of other team mates when you have your ultimate up.
What makes Soraka a Strong Healer:
- Soraka is a champion that has a kit that is mainly for healing, she can regenerate health with her first ability, heal her allies with her second ability and heal all allies on the map.
- Soraka can quickly get to allies that are low on health.
- Her silence is one of the best ways to keep enemies from trying to initiate a fight.

Healers are commonly taking the support role as they are one of the best choices to use against a lot of match ups. Master these champions in normal games first before taking them into ranked games and try to read how their healing abilities work since some of them can have better effects when the target has lower health.
