What is sensitivity and why is it important?
Aiming sensitivity can have a significant impact on your gaming performance, as it can affect your ability to aim accurately and quickly. If your sensitivity is too low, you may have trouble keeping up with fast-moving targets. If your sensitivity is too high, you may struggle to aim precisely.Sensitivity refers to how quickly your crosshair moves in response to your physical input. This is measured in dots per inch (DPI). So DPI refers to the number of pixels that the cursor moves on the screen for every inch that the mouse is moved.
This is nice to know, but not too relevant for the casual gamer. Just note that the most common values are between 400 and 800 DPI (up to 1,600 in some cases). So if you compare your settings to the settings of the top players, keep in mind that sensitivity strongly correlates with DPI. You wanna check both. See the conclusion to get the recommendations.
