Fast moving targets even on a bike

What is sensitivity and why is it important?

Aiming sensitivity can have a significant impact on your gaming performance, as it can affect your ability to aim accurately and quickly. If your sensitivity is too low, you may have trouble keeping up with fast-moving targets. If your sensitivity is too high, you may struggle to aim precisely.

Sensitivity refers to how quickly your crosshair moves in response to your physical input. This is measured in dots per inch (DPI). So DPI refers to the number of pixels that the cursor moves on the screen for every inch that the mouse is moved.

This is nice to know, but not too relevant for the casual gamer. Just note that the most common values are between 400 and 800 DPI (up to 1,600 in some cases). So if you compare your settings to the settings of the top players, keep in mind that sensitivity strongly correlates with DPI. You wanna check both. See the conclusion to get the recommendations.

Let’s just have a look at some of the best PUBG players and see what their sensitivity settings are.

There are many brilliant PUBG players from all over the globe. Different nations, different cultures, but all share the same tool: mouse and individual settings.

Most games allow you to adjust your aiming sensitivity and even DPI to find a setting that works best for you. It's a good idea to experiment with different sensitivities and find what feels intuitive and allows you to aim accurately. Just keep in mind:

The average of players with 400 DPI plays at the general sensitivity of 46,24.

The average of players with 800 DPI plays at the general sensitivity of 36,41.

This might be a good starting point for you! Take it from there and always aim high!
