Mira is one of the best area securers in the game because of his special gadget, the Black Mirrors, which she uses to create a one-way view to the other side of the wall. Because of her Black Mirrors, she can make two angles very hard to push, especially when her Black Mirrors are supported by anti-projectile gadgets. This is the reason why she’s one of the most banned operators in the higher elos. But even though her Black Mirrors are what really makes her such a powerful operator, her choices of weapons and utilities also make her such a valuable teammate to have.
5. Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Compensator, and Vertical Grip + USP40 with Muzzle Brake and Laser + Proximity Alarm
Because of its below average magazine size and very fast rate of fire, it isn’t really ideal to fire the Vector .45 ACP in long sprays, and stabilizing the recoil of weapons, especially during long sprays is the specialty of the compensator. However, the compensator would still work great on the Vector .45 ACP because it reduces the random recoil from all directions of the gun. So, even though it will happen very fast due to the rate of fire of the Vector .45 ACP, your gunshots with it would be quite easy to control as long as you have a good grip for holding down its vertical recoil.
And speaking of vertical recoil, the vertical grip will help the user a lot with that. It will prevent the weapon from going out of control, and that’s great for Mira who would mostly be strafing enemies right after quick leaning from her Black Mirror. For the secondary weapon, the USP40 would be a really great help for Mira when her Vector .45 ACP needs to reload while in the middle of engaging an enemy, and there’s a high chance of that happening because of its below average magazine size and very fast rate of fire. With the USP40, Mira could continue to shoot the enemy and finish him off.
Excels in:
- Reducing the random recoil from all directions with the Vector .45 ACP using the compensator barrel attachment
- Reducing the vertical recoil of the Vector .45 ACP with the use of the vertical grip attachment
- Having a really good recoil control on the USP40 handgun because of the muzzle brake attachment
- Having a really tight hip fire on the USP40 handgun because of the laser attachment
- Not being caught off-guard by flanking enemies with the use of the proximity alarms
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Compensator, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - USP40 with Muzzle Brake and Laser
- Generic gadget - Proximity Alarm

4. Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Muzzle Brake, and Vertical Grip + ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser + Nitro Cell
The muzzle brake specializes in lowering the recoil of single-shot firing guns like handguns and marksman rifles, so it’s not regularly used for fully automatic weapons. However, for weapons like the Vector .45 ACP which has a really strong recoil, sometimes it’s best to use the muzzle brake as their barrel attachment. That’s because the muzzle brake will greatly lower the weapon’s first shot recoil, and in cases like the Vector .45 ACP, it stabilizes its first few shots. As you can see from the recoil test screenshot below, I was able to fire 13 bullets continuously with the Vector .45 ACP without losing control.
This is great for Mira whose shots should have great stability and accuracy when firing right after quick leaning from her Black Mirror. The vertical grip will further lower the weapon’s recoil, making it even easier to control. As for the secondary weapon in this loadout setup, the ITA12S shotgun will be a great utility for Mira when it comes to creating rotation holes, lines of sight, or head-high holes for throwing over her nitro cell to the enemies on the other side of the Black Mirror.
Excels in:
- Stabilizing the first few shots of the Vector .45 ACP with the use of the muzzle brake barrel attachment
- Further lowering the recoil of the Vector .45 ACP with the use of the vertical grip attachment
- Having a great utility with the ITA12S shotgun which can be used for reworking the map to the defending team’s advantage
- Countering smoke + plant attempts with the use of the nitro cell
- Countering shield operators, especially Osa and Blitz, through the use of the nitro cell.
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Muzzle Brake, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser
- Generic gadget - Nitro Cell

3. Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip + ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser + Nitro Cell
This loadout provides the user with the best recoil control on the Vector .45 ACP which is great for responding to enemies who are closing in. Of course, that’s also great for the usual role of Mira strafing enemies by quick leaning from her Black Mirror. That’s because with the flash hider and the vertical grip working hand in hand to lower the weapon’s recoil, each short burst that Mira will make with it will have a lot of stability and accuracy.
The flash hider will also hide the Vector .45 ACP’s muzzle flash, reducing the visual cues that enemies could react to when determining where you’re shooting from. In many cases, removing the muzzle flash on weapons also helps the user have a clear view while strafing enemies because some guns have a strong muzzle flash that can obstruct the user’s view. As for the generic gadget in this loadout, the nitro cell is perfect for Mira because she can throw it to the enemies on the other side of her Black Mirror through the use of head-high holes.
Excels in:
- Having the best recoil control possible on the Vector .45 ACP with both the flash hider and vertical grip holding down its recoil
- Preventing enemies from seeing exactly where you’re shooting from through the removal of your weapon’s muzzle flash
- Having a great utility in the Vector .45 ACP which Mira can use to rework the map to her team’s advantage
- Countering pushing enemies through a smoke cover with the use of the nitro cell
- Countering shield operators like Osa and Blitz through the use of the nitro cell
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Flash Hider, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser
- Generic gadget - Nitro Cell

2. Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser + Proximity Alarm
This loadout setup will provide Mira with the best damage possible with the Vector .45 ACP which is great for strafing opponents at medium to long-range while quick leaning from her Black Mirror. That's because the extended barrel attachment will greatly lower the range damage drop-off of the Vector .45 ACP, therefore, maximizing its damage output and potential. This is great when strafing enemies on the other side of the Black Mirror because Mira can be sure that even if she doesn’t hit their heads, she’d be dealing a good amount of damage to them.
This loadout is best when Mira is using the Vector .45 ACP from behind her Black Mirrors, but the biggest weakness of that strategy is that Mira could be vulnerable from behind. That’s why the proximity alarm as her generic gadget is very important. With the proximity alarms, Mira could concentrate on dealing with the enemies on the other side of her Black Mirror, and in case an enemy tries to sneak up behind her, she would be aware of it immediately because of the proximity alarms.
Excels in:
- Inflicting heavy damage on enemies regardless of range with the use of the extended barrel attachment
- Maintaining a good amount of recoil control on the Vector .45 ACP through the use of the vertical grip attachment
- Having a great utility in the ITA12S shotgun which Mira could use to create rotation holes or head-high holes for throwing her nitro cell over
- Not being caught off-guard from behind because of the proximity alarms
- Great counter to rushes because the proximity alarms will let the defenders know when enemies are rushing
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser
- Generic gadget - Proximity Alarm

1. Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser + Nitro Cell
Since the removal of the damage reduction penalty from using a suppressor, it has become the best barrel attachment for Mira’s Vector .45 ACP, even though one might think that this weapon has a really strong recoil, and therefore is in need of a barrel attachment that adds recoil control benefits. However, since Mira would mostly only be firing at enemies in very short bursts, she wouldn’t really lose control of the Vector .45 ACP even though it has a really strong recoil.
With this loadout, Mira will be able to shoot enemies without providing them a directional threat indicator of where her shots are coming from. That means she could be strafing them already by quick leaning from her Black Mirror and they still wouldn’t know that it’s her that’s shooting them. With this loadout, Mira could also be tricky and use kill holes to her advantage. That’s because most enemies would mostly be focused on the edge of the Black Mirror, so Mira could frag them from a kill hole instead while they’re worrying about the edge of the Black Mirror.
Excels in:
- Strafing enemies without giving them a directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from
- Preventing enemies from seeing exactly where you’re shooting from because the suppressor will also hide the weapon’s muzzle flash
- Silencing the gunshot sound of the Vector .45 ACP making it harder for enemies to detect you and letting you and your teammates hear sound cues from enemies better
- Having a great utility with the ITA12S shotgun which is great for reworking the map to your team’s advantage
- Countering smoke + defuser plant attempts with the nitro cell secondary gadget
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - Vector .45 ACP with Red Dot A, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - ITA12S with Red Dot A and Laser
- Generic gadget - Nitro Cell
