Find people you trust in the wasteland to build up from a line house the middle of nowhere to a bustling town worth its mettle. Be warned the more popular your town the more attractive it is to marauders and you're the last defense.

What's not to love about a base building RPG that lets you ride a dinosaur. Find a spot to set up shop and go out into the wilds to find supplies for food, water, and building material. While you're at it domesticate some dinos. Just be careful not to bite off more than you can chew or you'll be starting all over.
