5) Rabbit Fur Boots

They won’t help you run faster, but they’ll definitely get you warmer while you stroll around in the snow. The Rabbit Fur Boots are cold armor, and you’ll definitely need them if you plan on building in the colder areas in The Forest.

• Not only do they provide you with some warmth, but they also slightly increase your stealth (except for in Hard Survival mode).
• They won’t be lost during combat, or at death.
• They will still appear in your inventory when you’re wearing them, so you’ll have to take a look at your feet to make sure you’re are.
• You can’t stack Rabbit Fur Boots.

4) Warmsuit

The Warmsuit is your absolute best measure for combatting the cold in The Forest. It gives you the most protection from the cold that you can get in The Forest.

• The Warmsuit gives the most protection from the cold both on land and in cold water.
• You can’t wear any additional armor along with the Warmsuit.
• It takes up all armor slots, so, whatever armor you were wearing beforehand will be automatically unequipped and returned back to the inventory.

3) Stealth Armor

If you don’t want to be spotted, or you’d like to kill some cannibals in the stealthiest ways possible, then this is the best choice for you. The Stealth Armor is the more attractive alternative to the Lizard Skin, and here’s why:

• It’s worn just like the Lizard Skin, but alternatively, it provides you with stealth.
• The only other obvious choice for stealth is covering yourself in mud. So, wearing lizard skin that has leaves attached to it is really the cooler option here.
• You can stack up to 10 pieces of Stealth Armor. And if you do, your stealth will be at max.

Stealth Armor details:

• 20 Armor.
• 10% stealth.
• Can be stacked by 10 to get 100% stealth.

2) Bone Armor

There’s nothing that can make you more intimidating than wearing your own enemies. The Bone Armor not only allows you to do so, but it also provides you with much-needed protection from your enemies in The Forest.

• You can stack up to 10 pieces of the Bone Armor to get what you can see in the image above.
• The Bone Armor does make a bit of noise when worn. So, you shouldn’t be wearing it unless you plan to explore the caves, or getting into heavy combat.

1) Creepy Armor

The Creepy Armor is the strongest, most durable armor in The Forest. And the game definitely puts you to work in order to get it.

• You can get the ingredients for the Creepy Armor by skinning Armsies, Cowmen, and Virginias. In addition to those. The final boss drops about 3 pieces of Creepy Armor when you kill it.
• Mutant Babies do not give you Creepy Armor when killed.
• You can stack up to 10 pieces of Creepy Armor.
• The Creepy Armor - just like all other armors in the game - can be stored in your home on an Armor Rack. so, keep that in mind if you want to have more than a couple of sets in store.

Creepy Armor details:

• 80 Armor.
• You can stack up to 10 of these to get a total of 800 Armor.
