10. Royal Crowns

In Happy Home Paradise's apparel shop, this majestic accessory awaits for a slightly discounted 1,080,000 Poki. Alas, the crown's opulence knows no bounds, for those who dare to reach for it must grapple with the player's Poki inventory limit, which is capped at 999,999 Poki. This leaves the royal treasure just out of financial reach, so do not waste your time saving to acquire it in that way!

However, some players with modded Nintendo Switches host “treasure islands”. Most of these islands have a plethora of Royal Crowns, and other goodies.

 Find yourself a treasure island and fill your pockets with these crowns free-of-charge! When the player ells them at Nook's Cranny  you are looking at making 12,000,000 bells per pocketful of  crowns!

Why it’s a Great Item to Sell:

• Their only use in-game is conversion of Nook Miles Tickets to bells.
• They are the ultimate option as Nook Miles Tickets may sell for a tempting 10,000 Bells each, their cost of 2,000 miles makes them the slightly less lucrative option.
• Each bell voucher can be sold in Nook’s Cranny for 3,000 bells.

 

8.Shell Arch

 If you find yourself combing your beach for shells, and selling them instead of saving them, maybe this will help you change your ways! 

The most profitable creation within the Shell Furniture DIY set is the shell arch. Unearth its DIY recipe through messages in bottles or the easygoing guidance of villagers such as Rex and Stitches.

Why it’s a Great Item to Sell: 

• The resources to craft this item are free, and always readily available at any island beach. Each arch sells for 12,360 bells to one of the Nook brothers, which is a profitable turnaround for passively collecting shells! 
• As a hot item these can sell for 400,000 bells!

 

7. Iron Frame

Iron frames are one of the easiest items to craft in New Horizons. Once you have acquired the DIY you only need 20 iron nuggets to make them. Keep an eye on what the Hot Item of the day is at Nook’s Cranny! If it's iron frames, this is the best time to sell most items that require large quantities of iron to craft.

Why it’s a Great Item to Sell: 

One iron frame can be sold in Nooks Cranny for 15,000 bells on a normal day! 

 

6. Gold Nuggets

This gold isn't at the end of the rainbow, 

These can be found once per day amongst one of your island rocks. Hit them with your shovel up to 9 times to see what they spawn! Afterwards, even more nuggets can be retrieved in balloon drops, and on other mystery islands! After stacking them up for a while, these are a great passive source of in-game currency! 

Why it is a Great Item to Sell:  

Gold nuggets are worth 10,000 bells each when sold to Nooks Cranny. This is great considering you find them at no cost to you while doing normal daily tasks. Crafted items that require gold nuggets also take account of that 10k per nugget pricing when it comes time to sell them! 

 

5. Rare Mushrooms

During the mushroom season (fall), players can find rare mushrooms buried near both cedar and hardwood trees!  While it certainly can be used for eating or crafting one of two rare mushroom recipes, you may want to reconsider!

Why it is a Great Item to Sell:

You can receive 16,000 bells when you offer these types of mushrooms to one of the Nooklings at Nook’s Cranny. 

 

4. Fish and Insects

In a day, there are unlimited fish and bugs around your island that are constantly spawning for you to catch! Some of those fish and bugs are worth more than others. The following are the most lucrative to sell.

Fish:

• Barreleye
• Coelacanth
• Dorado
• Golden trout
• Great white shark
• Stringfish

Bugs:

• Giraffe Stag
• Golden Stag
• Horned Hercules

Why it is a Great Item to Sell:

 You have the ultimate, and endless earning opportunity right on your island! The most lucrative bugs sell for 12,000 bells, while the top-sellers of the ocean  are 15,000 bells! 

 

3. Pile of Cash

You need money to make money, 

To craft a pile of cash you need 297,000 bells. With the bell boom ordinance activated, and this being a hot item at the Nook’s Cranny, you can expect a whopping 356,400 bells for a Pile of Cash. 

Why it is a Great Item to Sell: 

If you repeat the process of crafting and selling these, you will earn a 60k profit each time you sell one! This is very high in comparison to other methods on this list. 

 

2. Robot Hero

Hard work pays off,

Robot heroes are the most lucrative item you can craft in the game. It might sound like a dream come true, but crafting this masterpiece demands a treasure trove of ingredients. Yet, for seasoned players, the magic lies in having those essential elements casually strewn across their inventory.

Robot Hero Recipe: 

• 1 rocket
• 1 gold armor
• 90 iron nuggets
• 30 rusted parts
• 10 gold nuggets

Why it is a Great Item to Sell: 

Selling a robot hero to Nooks Cranny will award you 250,000 bells! 

 

1. Turnips

Selling turnips for a high profit to Timmy and Tommy at Nook’s Cranny!

Turnips are the “Stalk Market” of ACNH,,

Every Sunday between 5am, and 12pm, a snot-nosed boar named Daisy Mae will be wandering your island. Turnips come from Sow Joan's Stalk Market. It was Joan who sold Turnips in previous Animal Crossing titles and has now passed the business on to her granddaughter.
The prices she sells the turnips at varies anywhere from 90-110 bells. There is no limit on the amount of turnips you can purchase. Keep in mind that will rot after a week, and become virtually worthless. An entire stack of rotten turnips only goes for 100 bells, so buyer beware! 

Before they rot the following Sunday, you can sell your turnips to Timmy and Tommy at Nook's Cranny! This is the gamble of it, as the selling price can be anywhere from 9 bells, to 660! 

Apart from Sunday, there will be two prices for Turnips at Nook's Cranny each day. The first price will be available between the shop opening and noon, and the second will be available between noon and 10 pm. If you study your island's trends, and find that you are struggling to make a profit this way, there are many online communities that always have someone available for you to utilize their island's Nook Cranny with high turnover! 

Why it’s a great Item To Sell:

• With strategy, and an ideal selling market, you can turn large profits, as the buying price for turnips is relatively low.
• Making money is one of the first tasks you are assigned in any Animal Crossing game. Tom Nook is a crook! You can’t escape the reality of paying back substantial debts in this cozy game. As there are no other ways to make money but sell items, you better get to work!
