What is GTA RP?

GTA V RP what is it? well, it is a multiplayer mod for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V. Enter a user created RP server, where you will be engulfed in a world where you will be able to make a character of your choice. Which you can completely customize in almost any way possible skin, hair, eyes, name, accent whatever you want!

1.Nopixel

It is the easiest, the most popular server you have in RP, but one of the most difficult to join. NoPixel supports 75 players unlike the usual 32 slots as normal servers have. It is also a host to some well-known streamers such as Summit1G, Lord_Kebun, Koil and dasMehdi. The process of getting into one of these servers is an application process with hundreds, even thousands of other applicants. It won’t take forever for your application to be approved or denied but it does take time. With that, you might have a chance to run into some of your favorite characters, even streamers.

2.Family RP

It is considered one of the best and oldest servers where you would find most roleplayers that's until Nopixel was founded. With a slot size of 65 The server focuses more on realistic roleplay and more story-driven aspects. With a lot of your actions being slashed based it's pretty simple with the developers focusing on their community and how to make the server better. Which in my opinion is a really good step in the right direction. Applying for this server will be a process but for one of the oldest and best servers.

3.Eclipse RP

One of the main things in this server is the player count of 200 which isn't bad. Something exciting to know they are testing up to 1000 players which is insane. The main thing you will notice going to their website is the crime factions and how lengthy and detailed their forums are with gangs. If that’s the kind of Rp you're looking for then give it a shot can’t hurt right? be careful this is another very popular server so if you're looking to apply it's gonna take you some time.

4. GTA World

This is the only text-based RP so if you don’t like talking to other people this will be a perfect fit for you. Also having a server size of 1000 players at one time means there will always be people to RP with. Now in GTA World they lean more towards serious roleplay and more realistic situations. The application process is a little faster then most on this list, so if you're new to RP it's a nice place to get your feet wet.

5.TwitchRP

Now this server was founded and made by a few streamers back in 2015. Reading the name you might think you have to be a streamer on twitch to apply or even play on the server that would be false all are welcome. The server size here is 128 slots which I feel is a perfect size. Here they focus on RP with a mix of PVP, so there is a slight difference when compared to other servers.
