Originally intended for support, Doc has become one of the most offensive operators in the game. In his case, a great defense means you can dish out more offense, and that’s precisely why he has become one of the best operators for spawn peeking. That’s because in case he gets into a down-but-not-out state, he will be able to revive himself using his special gadget, the Stim Pistol, which fires a stim shot that can heal and revive himself or his teammates. On top of that, this heavy armored operator has a lot of firepower because of the weapon and gadget choices that he has, and they allow him to excel at virtually any range he chooses to engage his enemies in.
5. SG-CQB with Reflex B and Vertical Grip + P9 with Suppressor + Barbed Wires
Obviously, this loadout setup won’t be viable for spawn peeking. What it excels at is anchoring, and it’s perfect for a tank like Doc. Because of his 3-health rating, unless he gets hit in the head, it’ll take long to take him down, and at close range, that’s usually ample time for Doc to effectively counter attack with his SG-CQB shotgun which packs a heavy punch per shot. The SG-CQB shotgun is capable of taking down an enemy with just one shot at close-range, especially if all or most of its pellets hit the opponent's body, which has a high chance of happening if Doc gets into an aim-down-sights stance before shooting.
Of course, its hip fire would be a lot tighter if you attach a laser to it, but for Doc, I don’t recommend using a laser. That’s because Doc lacks a fully automatic weapon for his secondary, and most of the time, with this loadout setup, he’ll have the SG-CQB shotgun at the ready. And since that’s the case, the laser could compromise his location when he’s readying to ambush an enemy. As for his secondary weapon, the suppressed P9 handgun will help him move around the objective spot more stealthily since he can use it to shoot attacker drones or other gadgets silently, therefore, with less chance of compromising his location.
Excels in:
- Close quarters combat due to the SG-CQB shotgun’s pellet spread and heavy damage per pellet
- Having great recoil control on the SG-CQB handgun due to the vertical grip attachment
- Being able to shoot attacker drones or other gadgets with less chance of enemies being alerted to Doc’s presence because of the suppressed P9 handgun
- Slowing down the enemies’ advance with the use of the barbed wires which can also act as early warning devices
- Having a clear front view when aiming-down-sights with the SG-CQB shotgun due to the Reflex B’s small frame
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - SG-CQB with Reflex B and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - P9 with Suppressor
- Generic gadget - Barbed Wires

4. P90 with Scope 1.5x and Extended Barrel + P9 with Suppressor + Barbed Wires
This is the best loadout setup for Doc players who prefer the P90 submachine gun for their primary weapon and want to have the best damage possible whenever they’re engaging their enemies. That’s because it has been recently announced that the extended barrel will now add 15% damage on weapons, and that will be implemented in the next season which is expected to come in a month or two. But even now, the extended barrel is great at enhancing the weapon’s damage by reducing its range damage drop-off.
With the P90’s range damage drop-off reduced, its damage output and potential will of course be better than normal. So, with this loadout setup, Doc will be able to inflict a good amount of damage per shot of his P90 submachine gun, regardless of range. That’s a great combo to his P90’s scope 1.5x which will be able to provide him with a good level of zoom and will allow him to target enemies at medium to long-range really well. The barbed wires will serve as early warning devices on flanking spots and can really slow enemies down, which is really great for countering rushes.
Excels in:
- Maximizing the damage output and potential of the P90 submachine gun by reducing its range damage drop-off
- Increasing the P90’s base damage by 15%. This will be implemented next season, but that will come soon, so it should be noted here.
- Providing Doc with a good amount of zoom level without compromising a lot on peripheral view with the use of the scope 1.5x
- Being able to shoot enemy gadgets with less chance of alerting them with the use of the suppressed P9 handgun
- Having early warning devices on flanking points with the use of the barbed wires which are also great at slowing down enemies
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - P90 with Scope 1.5x and Extended Barrel
- Secondary weapon - P9 with Suppressor
- Generic gadget - Barbed Wires

3. MP5 with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip + P9 with Suppressor + Barbed Wires
This loadout setup is for Doc players who prefer the MP5 over the P90 or the SG-CQB shotgun as Doc’s primary, and want to have the best damage possible on their primary weapon. As for the reason why players would prefer the MP5 over the latter two, well, it’s Doc’s fully automatic weapon that has the best damage per shot. Its recoil is also more manageable than the P90, and when partnered with the extended barrel which will soon add 15% damage on weapons, the MP5’s damage per shot will just become even better than the P90, and of course, it has a longer range than the SG-CQB shotgun.
And as stated above, even in its current state, the extended barrel is already great at maximizing the damage output and potential of weapons due to its ability to reduce their range damage drop-off. That means that even at longer distances, Doc’s MP5 will be inflicting damage that is close to its base damage, making it more effective in longer distances than when it’s equipped with other barrel attachments. And of course, since the primary weapon in this loadout doesn’t have silent gunshots, it’s better to suppress the secondary weapon so that the player can shoot enemy gadgets silently when he’s flanking.
Excels in:
- Inflicting heavier damage on enemies due to the MP5’s higher base damage over the P90 submachine gun
- Maximizing the damage output and potential of the MP5 by reducing its range damage drop-off through the use of the extended barrel
- Adds 15% base damage on the MP5 with the use of the extended barrel (will be implemented next season)
- Having the ability to shoot enemy gadgets, especially drones, silently through the use of the suppressed P9 handgun
- Having early warning devices on flanking spots with the use of the barbed wires which also greatly slow enemies down
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - MP5 with Scope 1.5x, Extended Barrel, and Vertical Grip
- Secondary weapon - P9 with Suppressor
- Generic gadget - Barbed Wires

2. P90 with Scope 1.5x and Suppressor + LFP586 with Laser + Barbed Wires
This is the best loadout setup overall for Doc players who prefer the P90 as their primary weapon. That's mainly because of the suppressor barrel attachment which, in my opinion, would still be the best barrel attachment, even when the buff on the extended barrel which will add 15% damage to it comes. That’s because the suppressor doesn’t reduce the damage of weapons anymore, and its stealth benefits are just better than the additional damage from the extended barrel. Especially because Siege is a tactical game, and having more stealth benefits can provide a lot of advantages.
The suppressor will remove the P90’s directional threat indicator, meaning that unless enemies physically see you, they won’t have an idea where you’re shooting from. This is a really good advantage to have, especially for medium to long-range shooting, and as we all know, Doc is one of the best at spawn peeking. With this loadout setup, you could spawn peek and it could take a while for enemies to realize where you’re shooting them from. As for the secondary weapon, since your primary will be able to shoot silently with a suppressor, it makes more sense to run with the LFP586 for more damage when you need to switch to it in the middle of a gun fight.
Excels in:
- Shooting enemies with the P90 submachine gun without them receiving a directional threat indicator of where you’re shooting them from
- Reducing the number of visual cues that enemies could react to with the suppressor hiding the P90’s muzzle flash
- Silent gunshots from the P90 submachine gun will make it harder for enemies to determine your location
- Heavy firepower and destruction profile per shot from the LFP586 handgun means that it’ll be effective at finishing enemies and it can be used as a utility
- Having early warning devices on flanking spots with the use of the barbed wires which can also greatly slow enemies down
Build Details:
- Primary weapon - P90 with Scope 1.5x and Suppressor
- Secondary weapon - LFP586 with Laser
- Generic gadget - Barbed Wires

1. MP5 with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip + LFP586 with Laser + Barbed Wires
This loadout setup is at number one because it’s the most balanced and versatile among the list. As discussed above, the suppressor on weapons will remove the directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from, silence your gunshots, and hide the weapon’s muzzle flash. Combined with the higher damage from the MP5, with this loadout setup, Doc will really excel at any range. That’s because the higher damage from the MP5 will benefit him more in close range encounters, and the stealth benefits from the suppressor will give him the advantage at longer distances.
On top of that, Doc will also have a secondary weapon which has a very heavy stopping power in the LFP586 handgun and can also be used as a utility for opening up more lines of sight on unreinforced walls. The LFP586 handgun is ideal for this loadout setup since the suppressed MP5 will already provide Doc with the ability to shoot attacker gadgets silently when he’s flanking or roaming. With the LFP586, Doc will be able to damage his opponents really well when his MP5 needs to reload while in the middle of a gunfight, and as mentioned above, its high destruction profile per shot is very useful as a utility.
Excels in:
- Shooting enemies with the MP5 without providing them a directional threat indicator of where your shots are coming from
- Silencing the gunshot sounds from Doc’s MP5 will lessen the chances of him compromising his location through his gunshots
- Reducing the visual cues that enemies could react to with the suppressor hiding the MP5’s muzzle flash
- High destruction profile per shot on the LFP586 makes it a very useful utility for opening up more lines of sight
- Having early warning devices on flanking spots through the use of the barbed wires which are also very effective at slowing down enemies

- Primary weapon - MP5 with Scope 1.5x, Suppressor, and Vertical Grip
