Check out this pulse rifle, o reader mine. The Chattering Bone is lightweight and hits quickly. It’s got great recoil control and if you’re lucky enough to get the curated roll for this gun, you’ll have a damage buff for a majority of the time. If you've played the Rise of Iron expansion in the first Destiny, you’ll remember Outbreak Prime, here’s its big brother. On precision kills and consistent hits upon an enemy, SIVA nanites will spawn, swarm, and attack your target. To make things worse for them, Outbreak Perfected will do more damage based on how many nanites are swarming an enemy. This is great when you need a little more punch when chipping away at a major enemy’s health. In essence, it’s practically wasps in a gun.

The Supremacy is a throwback to Bungie’s former franchise Halo, it was modeled after the SRS99 sniper from that universe. Here in Destiny, it’s got a little more to show than it’s Halo counterpart. A weapon of a more civilized age, or was that a lightsaber? Anyway, this hand cannon makes a good choice for PvE activities. I recommend you look for one that rolls with Timed Payload or Hight Impact Reserves. The former being a good perk for PvE.

Bad JuJu’s exotic perk String of Curses refills your magazine, increases damage, and charges your super energy. It doesn’t stop there, because this effect can stack up to 5 times. In PvE, the effect can increase your critical damage by about 99% when the String of Curses is at its max.

Now back in my day, we’d deal with problems the old-fashioned way. By shooting them with a hand cannon. Well come to think of it, it doesn’t seem like anything’s changed much since then. This gun is the counterpart to the beloved Dire Promise, offering similar performance but a somewhat different experience.

One of the cooler and more “realistic” looking weapons on the list, the Seventh Seraph Carbine not only looks the part but plays it too.
