[Top 10] Destiny 2 Best Snipers and How To Get Them

Do you want something dead but you’re too far away? Use a gun to solve that problem. Does that gun not shoot far enough? Then use a sniper rifle.

Today we’re going to give you our top 10 sniper rifles in Destiny 2 and how you can get them for yourself.

How the List Works:

Most of these weapons have either a predetermined (curated) perk roll as a random perk roll. Since naming every possible perk for each weapon would be a pain to read, we’ll list it’s curated traits/perks and its stats when it has the curated roll. 1. Beloved (PvE, PvP, Gambit)

An Earth artifact, refashioned to suit the Emperor's modest tastes.

Beloved is a snappy and smooth shooting gun it’s a weapon that you can acquire from the Menagerie. It’s reliable and can make a decent PvE weapon too if you roll the right perks.

Adaptive Frame: Improved ADS (aim-down-sight) speed, Faster weapon switch speed, Move faster while ADS

Box Breathing: Aiming this weapon for a short period without firing grants bonus range and precision damage that resets after firing or exiting zoom.

2. Izanagi’s Burden (PvE, Gambit)

This rifle packs a pretty hard punch when you use its Exotic perk, which consumes all the bullets in a magazine and exchanges them for a round that has more damage and range. Great for boss fights where that extra damage counts.

3. Whisper of the Worm (PvE)

A Guardian's power makes a rich feeding ground. Do not be revolted. There are parasites that may benefit the host… teeth sharper than your own.

Whisper of the Worm is a Solar sniper rifle that is fantastic for DPS against bosses. This is thanks to its exotic perk White Nail, which refills your magazine after landing 3 precision shots. It’s trait, Mulligan, has a chance at returning your missed shots into the magazine. If you’re confident in your ability to land headshots, don’t, plan on running out of ammo anytime soon.

4. Dreaded Venture (PvE)

Not to be undertaken lightly.

Dreaded Venture has a more classical rifle look but all the punch of a powerhouse weapon. This weapon does kinetic damage, meaning it does more damage against enemies’ when their shield is down. It is an effective boss killer.
