It's unfortunate nerf led to its swift descent from the top, the r-99 has seen many nerfs over the past seasons, such as reducing its damage but recently it received a ADS vertical and horizontal recoil increase.

With a current body damage of 11, and headshot damage of 14. Its fast fire rate makes up for the poor damage.

Magazine

The R-99 consumes light ammo and its magazine starts off with a modest size of 17, with a common mag you’ve now got 20, rare mag increases it to 23 and with an epic / gold mag it reaches 26. Tactical reload time is 1.8 seconds and full reload time is 2.45.

Overall the R-99 is still decent but due to the nerfs, the reduced damage output makes it less effective in quickly taking care of enemies however it still holds its ground in the early game due to everyone having low evo shields.
