CoD Modern Warfare Best Ways To Level Up [Top 5 Ways]

Warzone tips, best ways to level up, best tips and tricks
No need to camp to earn XP...

Not all of us have time to play 6 hours a day, ok?

No, but seriously now, there is not always time to level up as we would like... yeah, being an adult sucks. However, some tricks can help you level up your battle pass, your weapons, or your rank more comfortably and easily. We will review the best 5 options to do this in CoD Modern Warfare and, of course, also in Warzone.

5. PLUNDER (Contracts)

This method is the easiest and most accessible for all casual players who do not have the full version of Modern Warfare. Just talk to a few friends, enter a game of Warzone - Plunder, and dedicate yourself to completing contracts while you have the Pointman perk equipped. It can be a bit tedious, but it may even be refreshing if you're talking to friends or listening to music. What’s even better: you’ll earn weapon XP, which will help you level up those new ARs or SMGs faster!

How it works:

  • Your team equips the Pointman perk
  • You all dedicate yourselves to completing contracts
  • This will multiply XP earned with each completed contract

4. PLUNDER (Bounties or normal match)

For this method, you don't need a how-to guide, because you will literally enter a Plunder game and play it normally (killing everyone who crosses your path). What makes this method so efficient is that if you activate a Double XP token and use it as a warm-up or to chill out after some intense games, you'll level up without even realizing it. Just yesterday I did this with my squad and went up almost 3 levels in one game - plus I got almost 20 levels of weapon XP.

How it works:

  • You get into a Plunder match
  • Activate a Double XP Token
  • Play normally and get insane amounts of XP

3. RESURGENCE

It may sound a bit silly, even in the video it is mentioned that it sounds kind of redundant but a Battle Royale is all about survival. So, if you don't consider yourself the best player, you don't have to try to kill 15 people. While you obviously get XP Points for kills, you get considerably more for surviving and holding on until the end of the game. I just have one thing to ask of you: don't camp... please.

How it works:

  • Get into a Resurgence Match
  • Activate a Double XP Token (optional)
  • Complete the objective: survive as long as possible

2. VANGUARD MULTIPLAYER (Assists)

“Why would you include a Vanguard method, if you’re talking about Modern Warfare?!” Well, because it shares experience levels with both CoD Modern Warfare and CoD BO Cold War! And don't worry, it's not a method that's going to get you banned. It’s completely legal and simple. You just need to equip decoy grenades and Molotov cocktails before entering a match. What you will do is throw these grenades every time you respawn and you’ll constantly gain experience for assists. You will be playing the game normally but you will also be earning points passively.

How it works:

  • You get into a Vanguard multiplayer match
  • Activate a Double XP Token (optional)
  • Throw your decoy grenades and Molotov Cocktails every time you respawn
  • Earn passive XP points for assists

1. COLD WAR ZOMBIES (Glitch)

It's funny to see that Cold War Zombies mode still has so many glitches. But... much better for us. Well, for this glitch we're going to need the Perk “PhD Slider”. We won't do anything too complex, we'll just get stuck in a place where the zombies can't reach us and from there everything is very simple. You just have to kill as many zombies as you can and enjoy all the XP points you will receive practically without doing anything.

How it works:

  • You get into a Zombies match alone (Die Maschine map)
  • Play normally until you can access the Wunderfizz machine
    • Buy the PhD Slider Perk (the purple one)
  • Look for the place shown in the video (where Speed Cola is)
  • Jump and slide through the wall on the right side of the Speed Cola machine
  • Kill zombies until you get tired

This top is not ordered by which method earns you the most experience points, but by "difficulty", as not everyone has Cold War or Vanguard to be able to perform some methods. If you don't even have Modern Warfare, with the tips focused on Warzone you already have more than enough. And, in case you didn't read everything, the best thing is that these 3 games share the experience levels so everything you do will count for any of them.
