You can learn a few skills on how to manage a real business, but just pick up the legal aspects and leave the illegal ones to the game only. With that said, let's look at some of the best businesses that will act as a stepping stone in your journey to becoming a Billionaire. 

10. Cash Counterfeit

Kicking off our list at number 10 is the Cash Counterfeit Business. You can start with this business once you've bought the Motorcycle Clubhouse. This is a good investment for new players as it is easy to start up and provides a decent profit. Although this isn't the best business startup you can have with the MC club, for someone who's looking to make easy money, this startup is efficient, fast, and provides well.

What is great about it:

• Simple, easy setup, doesn't require too much investment
• Basic supply missions that can be done solo, so you don't have to rely on many people to earn from this startup
• A good start to grind and earn for future endeavors

How much can you earn:

• You have to either get the supplies yourself or order them by paying for them which in turn reduces the profit
• Without any upgrades, you can sell all your supplies for a maximum of $210,000, causing you to earn $22,500 per hour
• With all the upgrades, you can earn up to $294,000, making it $48,000 per hour

How to start:

• You have to purchase a motorcycle club, register as the President, and give your Club a cool name
• Purchase the Cash Counterfeit warehouse located throughout the map
• Make sure to buy the one in a position ideal for you, so you don't have to travel far to complete supply or sell missions

9. Hangar

Next, we have on the list is the Hangar. There are several Hangars located in Los Santos that can be purchased. Their prices vary according to their locations. The main function of the hangar is to store aircraft. You can purchase and customize any aircraft and park it there. It also has a side hustle in which you have to supply and sell different products. There are three hangars located in Fort Zancudo and two located at the Airport. The ones at Fort Zancudo are the best as they give you access to the military base and keep you safe from the five stars. 

What is great about it:

• You can store up to 20 aircraft of various shapes and sizes
• The business itself is as straightforward as it gets, you have to source and sell products
• There are a bunch of products you can source according to your convenience, but keep in mind that as you source more valuable products, the difficulty of the source mission increases
• Selling certain types of cargo together grants you a bonus that helps you with the profit

How much can you earn:

• If you are grinding solo, 20 source missions take 10-12 minutes, and at this rate, you can make $224,000 in 3-4 hours, which in turn means you make $56,000 per hour
• If you play with a crew of 4 people, you can do 25 source missions that will take around 12 minutes, and you can earn around 1.2 million dollars in 4-5 hours, which makes your hourly earning up to $240,000.

These labs are located in many places, varying in price according to location. Make sure you get the security upgrade for this business because, in my experience, these meth labs get hit by police or some salty criminals you've pissed off in the past.

• Simple setup that doesn't require too much work
• Easy supply and sell missions that can be done solo
• Decent amount of profit for a little amount of work

How much can you earn:

• $255,000 for maximum products without any upgrades, making it $21,000 per hour
• $357,000 for maximum products with maximum upgrades, making it $51,500 per hour

• Purchase the Meth Lab from the computer in your Clubhouse

7. Vehicle Warehouse

This business is a must-have for all car enthusiasts. You will have to source High-end cars and sell them at a low price (since they are stolen) to interested buyers. Although this business sounds like what Grand Theft Auto should be all about, it has some flaws and weaknesses that force this business to be 7th on the list. I have earned a lot through this business selling high-end cars. But here's the catch, when you source a vehicle, there is no guarantee you will get a high-end expensive car. If you're lucky you can get two or three of them in a row, if not, you might get cars that are low in value and a waste of time and space in your warehouse. Another thing that might frustrate you, when delivering the car to the warehouse or the buyer, you have to be careful not to damage the car too much, as that decreases the value of the car and minimizes your profit, and since this is GTA, enemies will chase you and damage your car, so you will have to pull some fast and the furious stuff if you are to survive and escape with less damage.

What makes it great:

• Despite the flaws, this business can be profitable, especially if you are a new player
• The Source missions are mostly really easy and don't take much of your time
• You can store cars and sell them anytime you feel like, but try to sell them with the help of your friends, because the more cars you deliver, the higher the profit you earn
• One thing I enjoy about this business is the different cars you get to drive and experience, most of them expensive in-game
• There are a few collections of cars that can be sold together as a bonus to the profit

• Without any upgrades, you can earn a maximum amount of $300,000, earning you $25,000 per hour

5. Agency

Now we have the most recently added business in the game, the Agency. The Agency is more focused on missions and contracts rather than the selling of products. This business introduced us to Franklin Clinton in GTA online and marked the return of Lamar Davis. Another exciting aspect of this business is that you get to work for Dr.Dre, I mean who wouldn't want that even if it's in a game? This business is for the rich and established players only as it the cost of it starts from 2 million dollars. This Modern and sleek enterprise is an interesting investment that keeps you interested and earns you good money.

What makes it great:

• A variety of different and interesting missions at your exposal 
• You get to work with Dr.Dre which itself is a win, but to earn money from it is just a bonus
• There are security contracts available to earn you the extra cash
• There are also missions known as Payphone hits which are assassination missions that earn you money
• You also receive benefits and extra rewards from the Agency

How can you earn:

• The Dr.Dre contract gives you about 1.1 million dollars, including all the setups, and it can be completed within 2 hours
• The security contracts can earn you up to $60,000 at the highest difficulty, and you can finish these contracts in under 10 minutes
• The Payphone hits can get you up to $85,000 in a few minutes if you eliminate the target as suggested by the game. Even if you fail to do so, you still receive $15,000

4. Arcade

Next, we have is the Arcade. The Arcade provides you with one of the best heists in the game, the Diamond Casino heist. You are required to do several setups, some options that are there to make the heist convenient for you. These setups lead to the main heist where you hit a casino to rob 4 different valuables. The lowest value is cash, then some paintings have a higher value, then you get even higher gold, and at last, you can steal the diamonds which hold the most value out of all the items. In addition to the heist, you can set up different arcade machines that earn you profit over time.

What is great about it:

• Access to the Diamond Casino heist which provides you with interesting and exciting setups that you can do with a crew
• Various arcade machines can be installed that can earn you revenue
• A lot of customization for your arcade to make it look funky

The Nightclub uses these businesses to make crates that you can sell to buyers. In addition to that, you can get a fancy 10-car garage to park your high-end whips. The nightclub also holds a safe that can store money. 

What makes it great:

• The crates can be sold separately or in packages which earn you a bonus. 
• There is constant work happening and you don't have to do any supply mission, the upgrades generate profit faster and better
• There are nightclub missions to increase the popularity of the nightclub
• Not a lot of investment is needed, the more crates you sell the more profit you earn

How can you earn:

• You can make up to $10,000 per hour if the popularity is at 100%, and the safe can hold a total of $70,000
• You can earn around $200,000 by selling the crates, but if you get a bigger delivery vehicle to store more crates, you can more

2. Bunker

The bunker is a high-paying business, but you have to be patient and put in the effort. You can either buy or steal supplies that would be manufactured into useful products for you to sell. Make sure you purchase the bunker in the most ideal position so it is convenient for you to sell your products throughout the city. You can also use the supplies in Research and development to unlock weapon and vehicle modifications. The supplies take time to be manufactured, so go order some supplies and do something else while the Bunker does its job. Getting the upgrade makes the work more efficient and increases the pace.

What makes it great:

• A high-end profit that will leave you wanting for more
• Efficient upgrades that increase the profit and the workflow
• You can unlock weapon and vehicle modifications to get the upper hand on your enemies

How much can you earn:

• With all the upgrades, you can earn more than 1 million dollars with the full product capacity, so make sure you have 4 people to help you sell your products
• Without upgrades, you can still earn more than $400,000

1. Special Cargo Warehouse

In my opinion, this is the best business for a solo grind. It's straightforward and for all, new players and experienced ones. If you are new, you can purchase a small warehouse for a relatively low amount that can store a few crates. These will earn you a limited profit but keep grinding till you are capable to buy the large warehouse. The large one can store more than a hundred crates which in turn sell for a large amount. All you have to do is put on some music and do supply missions now and then to store them in your warehouse. Be patient and sell them all together for a valuable profit. The missions are simple and don't require too much effort. Yes, you have to $18,000 to source crates, but the profit overweighs the investment and you are never in a loss.

• Easy and simple solo missions
• Can be done solo and doesn't take much time
• A generous profit
• Warehouses available located in multiple locations
• Usually, the first business players tend to purchase
