[Top 5] Kenshi Best Blunt Weapons And How To Get Them

You shoot me with an arrow, I’ll boink you in the head!

Blunt weapons - the name speaks for itself. Little to zero cutting damage can be expected from these weapons and plenty of blunt damage. You use these weapons if you want to incapacitate or knock out your enemies and either watch them suffer on the skin peeler or recruit them.

I only use these weapons while hunting for potential recruits, to make sure they don’t bleed to death before I drag them back to my outpost. Let’s start with our first mention:

5. Iron Club

Clubbity club!

The weapon of the poor. The weapon of the hungry. This is one of the first weapons that you’re gonna find on one of the corpses of the Starving Bandits after they’ve got completely obliterated by the Dust Bandits. The stats are average, but this weapon is most likely the first weapon that you’re going to use. For me it’s a symbol of Kenshi - it symbolizes nostalgia.

What makes this weapon great:

- Kenshi is full of poor people and this weapon attracts poor people

- +2 attack indoors bonus

- Surprisingly effective when searching ruins

4. Iron stick

Get stick-bugged.

Let’s face it - this weapon sucks. And that’s why we love it. It’s as easy to find as the Iron club, but it manages to be even slightly worse. You’ll find this thing EVERYWHERE, in the shops, on the corpses of poor people that you’ve mercilessly slaughtered or Fogmen in the Foglands.

This is a weapon for beginners - welcome to Kenshi and have fun!

What makes this weapon great:

- Low-grade characters own this weapon(Fogmen, Starving Bandits, Cannibals, etc)

- Good against robots(kind of)

- Can fit in the secondary slot

3. Jitte

Lemme bong you a couple of times with this thing!

Jitte is a fancy-looking weapon, that serves as a police baton. You usually use this thing while trying to beat the crap out of your opponents and not kill them. Perhaps you despise them and you want to put them on a skin peeler, interrogate them or recruit them to be one of your characters.  Maybe you got kicked out of the police force and you want to take out your anger here in Kenshi!

What makes this weapon great:

- Won’t kill your opponents

- Hurts like hell once you get the required strength level

- Looks cool!

2. Mercenary Club

MEGA-BOINK!

I’m surprised that this weapon is not in the heavy weapons category, but hey, here we go. Mercenary Club is a massive piece of metal that will deal massive amounts of blunt trauma to your poor victim’s head. Having body armor won’t help him/her much as this weapon does a great job at penetrating armor. If your victim happens to be a robot, he’s screwed, as this weapon deals extra damage against robots!

What makes this weapon great:

- Excellent against heavily armored personnel

- Perfect for blunt damage enjoyers

- Also perfect for robot not-so-much enjoyers

1. Spiked Club

Oga-boga with spikes!

It’s like a Mercenary Club but with spikes, which make this slightly more lethal by increasing the cutting damage output. You go with this club if you want your opponents to have bigger chances of bleeding to death and to be honest, besides that, this weapon is not that much different than the Mercenary Club. The reason why it’s on the first spot is because of the slight increase in the cutting damage, so yay!

Why this weapon is great:

- Perfect for breaking your opponents’ arms and legs, while watching them bleed

- Slightly more useful than the Mercenary Club

- The spikes make it more intimidating!

In summary:

Clubs are common weaponry and can be found everywhere. If you want to find better grades of these weapons, either visit the Scraphouse or kill the Vault Warden for the meitou Jitte. Good luck and have fun!
