Due to the fact that Jhin is the only ADC in the game with reloading mechanisms, he is a legendary marksman in League of Legends (If you exclude graves, at least). Jhin is the kind of marksman who deals enormous burst damage as opposed to having high DPS. His fourth shot, which delivers the greatest damage before he must reload, is the focal point of his whole arsenal.
In this article, I will be ranking all 7 skins of Jhin from worst to best.
7. SKT T1 Jhin

SKT T1 Jhin Spotlight
Release Year: June 27th, 2017
Price: 1350 RP
This Jhin skin was released after SKT T1’s victory in the 2016 Worlds finals starring Faker as one of the best all-time pro player in the League of Legends eSports history.
Jhin and a few other champions in red and gold armor are storming down to what appears to be intense combat, like a group of superheroes. Although the splash art is creative and the colors are lively, it seems to be more of a collective concept than a stunning solo skin. However, you will adore this one if you enjoy superhero group notions.
The skin comes with a unique recall animation that features the SKT T1 logo and Bang’s signature. As an SKT T1 fan myself, I personally love the animation but I will accept that there are far better skins for the same price tag.
6. DWG Jhin

DWG Jhin Spotlight
Release Year: April 29th, 2016
Price: 1350 RP
This skin was developed in honor of Ghost's excellent accomplishment at the 2020 World Championship.
For all DWG lovers, this is a must-have item because Ghost made Jhin his preferred choice. No other skin even comes close to doing as excellent a job of exposing Jhin's hidden identity and face as this one did.
It is now possible to glimpse Jhin's previously hidden dark brown hair with a tinge of red. The only thing covering his face is a white mask, and the majority of his look is blue. His mask also has blue horns affixed to the sides. When he strikes, blue smoke specks are left behind.
5. High Noon Jhin

High Noon Jhin Spotlight
Release Year: February 1st, 2016
Price: 1350 RP
High Noon Jhin has performed remarkably well for a skin that was introduced together with the champion when compared to other League of Legends champions' debut skins. Instead of his regular mask, Jhin covers his face with a red bandana and bright yellow glasses, which are inspired by western themes.
In addition to a black cowboy hat. The ability to change weapons is the finest feature of this skin. His revolver now makes pleasant gunshot sounds when he uses his auto attacks. Jhin begins to emit an orange aura as his passive becomes active, and a soft western theme song can be heard in the background.
4. Shan Hai Scrolls Jhin

Release Year: January 28th, 2020
Price: 1350 RP
Jhin is an artist, and while his work typically involves the murder of others, it is very different in this context. Jhin is forced to wear a mask that resembles a devil's face by Shan Hai Scrolls. The large, gloomy eyebrows on the mask convey his angry demeanor.
Jhin's Q launches a scroll that bounces four times and emits a shamisen-like sound cue. He uses his E to set floating orange spherical traps that detonate when they come in touch. They perform instrumental noises throughout their explosion to display Jhin's creative talent.
Jhin's R draws back the curtains, revealing Jhin's true abilities as he snipes his foes with big orange bullets that leave blue smoke in their wake.
3. Bloodmoon Jhin

Release Year: February 9th, 2017
Price: 1350 RP
Jhin has developed into a renowned assassin who hunts out all demons and possibly even men using the blood moon's power. He has a white mask with two crimson horns covering his face.
Although he is wearing a crimson "costume," you can tell that something evil is consuming his right arm. Each of Jhin's auto attacks leave a trail of purple blood, giving the impression that they have been imbued with blood magic. His Q fires a blue blazing missile that bounces and hits four foes.
His E sets cursed traps on the ground, and when they're triggered, a loud drumbeat will begin playing as a cue sound. And when the curtains are called, terrifying music will play while he unleashes powerful, blood-magic-enhanced bullets.
2. PROJECT: Jhin

PROJECT: Jhin Skin Spotlight
Release Year: November 22nd, 2017
Price: 1350 RP
Jhin is dressed in a robotic black suit that covers his entire body, including his face in the continuation of League’s PROJECT skin line. Even though Jhin's mask is expressionless, a red glow emanates from it, making it clear how scary he still is. When Jhin kills an opponent, a red orbit will emerge from the victim’s body, exploding after a brief period of time, and scattering red particles all around.
His Q launches a bomb with a red light blinking and a red trail behind it. His W's passive is shown surrounding his opponents as a purple triangle. Rooted enemies have a radius underneath them that causes Jhin's crimson mask to glitch. And the ultimate ability plays one of the coolest music compared to all other skins.
1. Dark Cosmin Jhin

Dark Cosmin Jhin Spotlight
Release Year: June 13th, 2019
Price: 1820 RP
Dark Cosmic Jhin is artistically pleasing and ideal for Jhin who is imbued with cosmic power. We may observe two additional arms emerging from his body during certain encounters, bringing his total number of arms to four. We all know how significant the number four is to Jhin.
Shiny stars flying about him and a black hole on his shoulder can be seen through the purple cloak that he is wearing. His auto attacks normally leave a blue trail of stars in their wake, but his fourth shot creates a black aura surrounding his gun, and firing it will result in a large cosmic explosion.
His Q is a shooting star, his W launches a cosmic bomb, and his E sets up a black hole that explodes when triggered. As stars, planets, and black holes block his line of sight, his ultimate plays a lovely theme melody.
