Even if it isn’t that common, some Gachas can produce Element Dust from their Gacha crystals and they are quite easy to tame. The main disadvantage of this method is that you have to get lucky. A nice alternative for the End-Game is to clone or breed a Gacha that gives you element dust and create a farm. Important tip: Gachas crystals disappear after 15 minutes so you have to be alert at all times and don’t let such treasure get away. Moreover, if you keep two Gachas of the same gender within 14 or less foundation range they will get sad and very rarely produce crystals.

How it works:

  • Search for a Gacha that produces element dust
  • Clone it (optional)
  • Pick up their crystals and passively gather decent amounts of element dust

4. City Terminals

Element Dust can mainly be found or crafted on Extinction, a map filled with new and amazing resources. A simple and safe way to get this item on Extinction is to use a City Terminal. Check the locations of all the City Terminals on your map and you will surely find one close enough. They can be found throughout the Wasteland, Dessert Dome, Snow Dome or Sanctuary, and as you are already going there, it is useful to know that you can also craft various Engrams such as the Scout or the Enforcer.

How it works:

  • Find a City Terminal
  • Break down Element  to obtain Element Dust. A major disadvantage to this method is that you will have an 80% loss
  • Get the Element Dust you need so badly

3. Defending Element Nodes

An Element Node is a temporary structure added on Extinction. It functions like an Orbital Supply Drop and in order to harvest it, you must defend it from 5 waves of Corrupted Creatures while the nodes are growing. This is a trustworthy source of Element Dust and even if it requires some work, fighting the waves can be a fun challenge. Another good idea is to know the type of element nodes you are dealing with. An easy one has around 10,000 Hp while a corrupted node can have up to 150,000 Hp.

How it works:

  • Element Nodes usually spawn around the Wasteland. Your job is to discover one
  • Get a powerful dinosaur and put on your best armor
  • Defend the Element Node
  • Harvest all the resources it has to offer

2. Tek Creatures

Extinction isn’t the only playable map where you can gather Element Dust. Thanks to Tek creatures, Element Dust is now available on multiple maps and can take your game to another level really fast. An easy way to get Element Dust if you are at a low-to-mid level is to simply kill a Tek dinosaur with a chainsaw. They are not hard to find and you can enjoy decent amounts of Element Dust easily collected. However, if you need a substantial supply there is an advanced method out there. Breed your Tek creatures and sacrifice the poor babies. It is a ruthless, but very effective way to have a constant amount of Element Dust.

How it works:

  • Discover Tek creatures on your map
  • Craft a chainsaw and kill them to get Element Dust
  • Optional: Tame the Tek dinosaurs and breed them. You’ll have your own Element Dust Farm

1. Sanctuary objects (Benches, Lampposts, Tables) or Enforcers/ Defense Units

Check out this video for more details about this method:

This is a method loved by everyone because it can be not only effective but also creative. It mostly involves destroying sanctuary objects like streetlights to get nice amounts of Element Dust. An alternative can be killing Enforcers/Defense Units that operate with quite advanced technology. What is entertaining is that you can modify some details of the equation  to get even greater quantities of this wanted resource. Tame a Doedicurus and an Argentavis and follow the next steps:

How it works:

  • Use the Argentavis to carry your Doedicurus and fly through the city
  • Let the Doedicurus fall and hit objects.
  • His power to destroy materials similar to stone will get you more Element Dust than you need
