Until there’s none left!
If offense is the best defense, does that make offense the best offense? Empires and Puzzles have a ton of offensive heroes in its roster, and players lucky enough to have them included in their offensive teams can sit back in comfort while knowing that no matter how much their opponents heal or revive, they will still lose - much like the picture above. With that said, here’s our Top 10 Empires and Puzzles Best Attack Heroes that Are Powerful!
10. Proteus
Rising from the depths to poison you!
Man, not enough good things can be said about the lone 4* hero in this list - and his usefulness still hasn’t ebbed despite the ton of new heroes this game has released since he first appeared!
Our man Proteus is special in that he doesn’t rely on his attack power to end lives - he makes sure his target and their nearby enemies are rendered ineffective in the first place by making them unable to gain mana via his Scar of the Depths. For 3 whole turns! And without full mana in the first place, healers can’t heal, attackers can’t attack, and revivers can’t revive. But that’s not all - Proteus poisons them with 327 damage over 3 turns, too! Man, with his powers alone, he really is a 5* in disguise!
What Makes Proteus Great:
- Prevents his target and nearby enemies from gaining mana for 3 turns
- Deals 327 damage to target and nearby enemies over 3 turns
9. Tyr
Santa Clawed!
At first glance, his damage may not seem too high - until you find out his other abilities.
Tyr’s Adamantite Claw, at Fast Mana Speed, deals 285% damage to the target, which has a 60% chance to bypass defensive buffs, including counterattacks. The target receives 196 Bleed damage over 4 turns, too. But unlike other attackers in our list, Tyr doesn’t need a healer or reviver to take care of him - no sirree. He basically heals himself by regenerating 548 HP over 4 turns, and if the enemy takes him down in the next 4 turns after he unleashed his attack? He gets resurrected at the beginning of his next turn with 32% health without any status effects on their person. You might even be tempted to say this guy Wolverines!
What Makes Tyr Great:
- Has Fast Mana Speed
- Deals 285% damage to the target with a 60% chance to bypass defensive buffs
- Regenerates 548 HP over 4 turns
- Gets resurrected with 32% health if he dies during the next 4 turns
8. El Duque
Looks good for someone made of stone
We don’t have a lot of Very Fast heroes in this game, alas - which means those who already are, are doubly spectacular!
El Duque is no exception. His Fist of Atonement deals 295% damage to the target and minor damage to nearby enemies, and to help his allies take them down easier? These three get -8% defense too on top of the damage they received, which can stack at a maximum of 10 if El Duque attacks them over and over and over again. And to El Duque we say: being strong is not something to be sorry for!
What Makes El Duque Great:
- Has Very Fast Mana Speed
- Deals 295% damage to the target and minor damage to nearby enemies
- The target and nearby enemies get -8% defense, which can stack at 10 maximum
7. Kravekrush
Look into his four-eyes!
In a game with revivers, who do you deploy? Someone who can make that ability ineffective, of course!
Kravekrush is exactly that someone. His Inevitable Demise spells out his enemies’ inevitable demise considering once he unleashes it, they won’t be able to revive their allies or themselves for 5 turns, and they can’t receive any status effects that would resurrect them for 5 turns, too! And because that’s not devastating enough, Kravekrush also deals 430% damage to the target and minor damage to nearby enemies. Better watch out, Heimdall, Mother North, et. al! Kravekrush might just be coming for you.
What Makes Kravekrush Great:
- Prevents enemies from reviving themselves or their allies for 5 turns
- Prevents enemies from receiving status effects that will revive them for 5 turns
- Deals 430% damage to the target and minor damage to nearby enemies
6. Grimble
On the hunt for minions!
It’s fairly easy to think teams can hide behind their minions and call it a day - except Grimble makes that tactic a very, very bad idea.
His Gnomish Carnage is effectively a minion slaughter in that it destroys all minions from all enemies, making sure they won’t have any meat shields guarding them before dealing them the 235% damage. As a reward, all Grimble’s allies get a small amount of mana for each destroyed minion - so just imagine if he eliminates 15 all at once? That may just be the final push his allies need to fire off their Special Skills, too!
What Makes Grimble Great:
- Destroys all minions from all enemies
- Deals 235% damage to all enemies
- Gives allies a small amount of mana for each destroyed minion
5. Eloise
Mrs. Claws
If you don’t want your minion slaughter gnomish-flavored, may we interest you in one that’s of the female persuasion?
Eloise’s Ravaging Talons, like Grimble’s, destroy all meat shields currently on the field before dealing them the 270% damage. Her skill, on the other hand, makes all enemies who had minions before become immune to new Minions for 4 turns - effectively muting minion summoners. We don’t know what these heroes have against these little critters, but we guess someone has to exterminate them after all!
What Makes Eloise Great:
- Destroys all minions from all enemies
- Deals 270% damage to all enemies
- Makes enemies who had minions before immune to new minions for 4 turns
4. Master Lepus Costume
Bunny power!
Master Lepus’s Costume makes him a one-bunny-kill-all - so of course, using him must have some drawbacks, right?
Regardless, his Rift Blade is insane as it deals 280% damage to all enemies at Fast Mana Speed. Wow. Of course, the drawback comes in the form of -24% mana generation for 4 turns, which can’t be cleansed - meaning he won’t be as fast after the first slash. But, hey! If he manages to end enemies after that first attack, maybe he won’t be needing another one anyway!
What Makes Master Lepus Costume Great:
- Deals 280% damage
- Hits all enemies at Fast Mana Speed
3. Lu Bu
Eye drops, anyone?
Lu Bu hasn’t been out long but man, he’s shaping up to be another insanely powerful attacker.
His Disrupting Charge, albeit at Slow Mana Speed, spells a world of pain for Lu Bu’s enemies. There’s the 295% damage to all of them, as well the Mercenary Fiend that develops on their person - which attacks and absorbs healing meant for them. But wait, there’s more - the Mercenary Fiend’s target also becomes immune to new buffs for as long as they have a fiend! We don’t know about you, but Fiend summoners are way more diabolical than Minion ones in our humble opinion!
What Makes Lu Bu Great:
- Deals 295% damage to all enemies
- Summons Mercenary Fiend for all enemies
- His Mercenary Fiend attacks, absorbs healing, and prevents their target from getting new buffs
2. Killhare Costume
Number One in Carrots
Using Killhare Costume is definitely like using a dual-edged sword. It has its risks, sure, but the end result is almost always worth it!
Her Championship Carrot deals 330% damage to all enemies - which, if her allies managed to soften them up for her first, may just mean a death sentence to one or more of them. And that’s how you’d want to use Killhare Costume anyway. Making her the last to deal the killing blow may just negate the uncleansable -20% attack her allies get for 3 turns as a price for her using her skill. Time your attacks right, and Killhare Costume will be handing you a trophy - for victory!
What Makes Killhare Costume Great:
- Deals 330% damage
- Hits all enemies
- Great to use as finisher
1. Milena
Which witch is it?
The names of heroes’ attacks are fascinating. Sometimes they deliver exactly what their labels say - and Milena’s obviously follows that rule.
Her Restoration and Annihilation promises just that - life or death. At 1x Mana Charge, she’s a healer of the afflicted - recovering 25% health for all allies and cleansing their status ailments. But at 2x Mana Charge? Bye Glinda, hello Wicked Witch! Milena now deals 420% damage to all enemies as well as dispels buffs from all of them. Man, just when you think heroes of this game can’t be more versatile; Milena proves that yes, they actually can be!
What Makes Milena Great:
- Depending on her Mana Charge, Milena can:
- Recover 25% health and cleanse status ailments from all allies at 1x Mana Charge
- Deal 420% damage to all enemies and dispel their buffs at 2x Mana Charge
And those are our Top 10 Empires and Puzzles Best Attack Heroes that Are Powerful! With their greatness comes your responsibility to level them up, so do so ASAP!
