It can be a dog-eat-dog world in Fallout at times. Occasionally you'll run into the big kid on the playground trying to establish dominance. You can prepare a build just for this encounter. If you are the big kid on the playground wanting to show off then this can bring the boom to the dynamite.

When going up against the Scorchbeast Queen or Earl Williams you need a solid team. If you do this build you can share the Team Medic card with your team everyone heals everyone. It's extremely efficient.
