Harley is a flexible and adaptable Mage/Assassin who specializes in Burst/Poke. He is well-known and unique for his ultimate skill, which deals continuous damage while buffing successive damage dealt. One of his most notable ability is to teleport via his second skill. If you want to master Harley, this primary offense and attack strategy must be practiced and perfected.

Harley is best played as a Jungler who can gank lanes in between monitoring the jungle. He is one of the most powerful heroes in all of Mobile Legends and is quite hard to master even though his skills are easy to learn due to the complex gameplay associated with his unique character.

Strengths

Mobility - Harley has remarkable mobility, especially when reinforced by his skills. Added on to this is his ability to teleport to and from a designated area.

Lightning Truncheon - ($2250) - This is the best end item for this build. It enhances Magic Power, Mana and Cooldown Reduction.
