[Top 5] Starfield Best Pistols To Use

Yee-haw!

You wanna be the fastest gunslinger in space? Well if you do then you gotta have a pistol to support that roleplay style and you gotta get some skills for your pistol. There are a ton of pistols in Starfield with different stats and of course, some are stronger than others. Some pistols resemble real-life guns while some are brand new never seen before.

You can also mod your weapons and customize them to further enhance what you need in the game. Some pistols also shoot lasers instead of bullets and there are different rarities of them from common to legendary but enough chit-chat let’s get into this article.

5. Radburn

It burns!

Radburn stats:

  • Damage type - physical and energy.
  • Damage output - 15 physical 1 energy
  • Ammo type - 7.77mm Caseless
  • Magazine capacity - 12
  • Rate of fire - 114
  • Range - 20 meters
  • Accuracy - 67.9%
  • Mass -  0.65
  • Value - 3,786
  • Mods - 6 slots

I think the name of this pistol gives away why it's so special. It has a chance to deal with radiation damage. Additionally, it has a chance as well to deal energy damage on top of the physical damage which makes it better against heavily armored opponents.

The pistol can be found on the Tau Gourmet facilities which is great as you pretty much get it for free without spending a single credit. It’s not expensive, you can get it for free, it doesn't deal a lot of damage but in the early game that won’t be an issue as all enemies will be weak and the radiation damage will pretty much kill them off.

What Radburn excels in:

  • It has a chance to deal radiation damage.
  • It deals energy and physical damage.
  • You can obtain it for free.
  • Great for the early game.

How to get the Radburn:

You can get it for free during the first quest of the UC Vanguard quest line called “Grunt Work.” Just look around the area where a Terrormorph will spawn.

4. Razorback

A razor back.

If you haven't got enough cash but you want a cool revolver then go with the Razorback as it will only cost you 5,300 credits. Also, the revolver can hold six bullets, hit targets from 40 meters away, and has an accuracy of 67.1%.

This revolver will make you feel like Clint Eastwood in space. It's destructive and cost-effective, perfect for the early game. Additionally, it deals 51 physical damage and if you mod it correctly it will be the best pistol you have in the early game.

What Razorback excels in:

  • The accuracy is 67.1%.

What the hell is this pistol and where did my ammo go? This pistol deals 53 damage but it has an insane rate of fire of 109. It does hold up to eight bullets in its magazine and can hit targets up to 28 meters away.

The flurry of bullets will kill any enemy in the early and mid-game. Furthermore, it has an accuracy of 77.6% and it has seven slots for mod upgrades. You can turn this bad boy into a destructive pistol and it can serve you well.
